【摘要】：目的探討四川省瀘州市未婚女性婚前性行為態(tài)度及影響因素,為開(kāi)展性生殖健康教育提供依據(jù)。方法采取多階段隨機(jī)抽樣方法,在瀘州市抽取2 119名≥16歲未婚常住女性進(jìn)行匿名自填式問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果共調(diào)查1 989人,59.83%不反對(duì)婚前性行為,24.73%有過(guò)婚前性行為;多因素logistic回歸分析顯示,20~24、≥25歲年齡組婚前性行為反對(duì)率低于20歲年齡組,OR分別為0.336(95%CI=0.211~0.537)和0.460(95%CI=0.288~0.737),偶爾接受性教育、經(jīng)常接受性教育組低于從未接受過(guò)性教育組,OR分別為0.472(95%CI=0.289~0.770)和0.622(95%CI=0.408~0.950),知曉性生活安全期組低于不知曉組OR為0.611(95%CI=0.472~0.789),首次月經(jīng)年齡13~15、≥16歲組高于10~12歲組,OR分別為2.794(95%CI=1.313~5.949)和1.636(95%CI=0.783~3.419)。結(jié)論年齡、接受性教育狀況、對(duì)性生活安全期的知曉情況以及首次月經(jīng)的早晚是瀘州市未婚女性對(duì)婚前性行為態(tài)度的影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the attitude and influencing factors of premarital sexual behavior among unmarried women in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, so as to provide the basis for carrying out sexual reproductive health education. An anonymous self-filling questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 119 unmarried women aged more than 16 in Luzhou City. Results A total of 1 989 women (59.83%) did not object to premarital sex (24.73%).
