【摘要】：目的探討四川省瀘州市未婚女性婚前性行為態(tài)度及影響因素,為開展性生殖健康教育提供依據(jù)。方法采取多階段隨機抽樣方法,在瀘州市抽取2 119名≥16歲未婚常住女性進行匿名自填式問卷調查。結果共調查1 989人,59.83%不反對婚前性行為,24.73%有過婚前性行為;多因素logistic回歸分析顯示,20~24、≥25歲年齡組婚前性行為反對率低于20歲年齡組,OR分別為0.336(95%CI=0.211~0.537)和0.460(95%CI=0.288~0.737),偶爾接受性教育、經(jīng)常接受性教育組低于從未接受過性教育組,OR分別為0.472(95%CI=0.289~0.770)和0.622(95%CI=0.408~0.950),知曉性生活安全期組低于不知曉組OR為0.611(95%CI=0.472~0.789),首次月經(jīng)年齡13~15、≥16歲組高于10~12歲組,OR分別為2.794(95%CI=1.313~5.949)和1.636(95%CI=0.783~3.419)。結論年齡、接受性教育狀況、對性生活安全期的知曉情況以及首次月經(jīng)的早晚是瀘州市未婚女性對婚前性行為態(tài)度的影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the attitude and influencing factors of premarital sexual behavior among unmarried women in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, so as to provide the basis for carrying out sexual reproductive health education. An anonymous self-filling questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 119 unmarried women aged more than 16 in Luzhou City. Results A total of 1 989 women (59.83%) did not object to premarital sex (24.73%).
