【摘要】:目的探討介入放射學(xué)工作人員受照劑量的調(diào)查水平,為其個人劑量監(jiān)測中可疑數(shù)據(jù)的調(diào)查提供科學(xué)方法。方法收集2013年度13家醫(yī)院介入放射學(xué)工作人員4個周期1 219對內(nèi)、外熱釋光個人劑量計(TLD)的受照劑量監(jiān)測資料,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計分析甄別其TLD佩帶情況。選取正確佩帶TLD人員的受照劑量數(shù)據(jù)計算、確定其調(diào)查水平。對可疑數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)TLD佩帶情況,結(jié)合內(nèi)、外TLD的受照劑量確定調(diào)查內(nèi)容。結(jié)果內(nèi)、外TLD的受照劑量范圍分別為最低探測水平(MDL)~17.91和MDL~25.57 m Sv。1 219對TLD中,正確佩帶307對(占25.18%),對調(diào)佩帶81對(占6.64%),混合佩帶287對(占23.54%),不佩帶內(nèi)TLD者4對(占0.33%),540對無法判定佩帶情況(占44.30%)。內(nèi)TLD劑量的調(diào)查水平為2.27 m Sv,外TLD調(diào)查水平最小值為0.04 m Sv,最大值為46.23m Sv。根據(jù)介入放射學(xué)工作人員受照劑量的可疑數(shù)據(jù)確定相應(yīng)的調(diào)查內(nèi)容。結(jié)論應(yīng)加強對介入放射學(xué)工作人員及其管理人員的輻射防護培訓(xùn),定期修訂其受照劑量的調(diào)查水平,當(dāng)其受照劑量低于或高于調(diào)查水平時,應(yīng)進行相應(yīng)調(diào)查。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the level of radiation dose survey among interventional radiology workers, and to provide a scientific method for the investigation of suspicious data in personal dose monitoring. Methods 1,219 pairs of interventional radiology workers in 13 hospitals in 2013 were collected. The radiation dose monitoring data of the external thermoluminescence personal dosimeter (TLDD) were analyzed and identified by statistical analysis. The radiation dose data of the correct wearing TLD personnel were selected to calculate the investigation level. For the suspicious data, according to the TLD wearing situation, In combination with the internal and external TLD, the contents of the investigation were determined. The results showed that the radiation dose range of the external TLD was in the lowest detection level (MDL) 17.91 and the MDL~25.57 m Sv.1 219 pairs of TLD, respectively. 307 pairs of correct wear (25.18m), 81 pairs (6.64%), 287 pairs of mixed wear (23.54%), 4 pairs of non-wearing TLD (0.33%) can not determine the wearing situation (44.30%). The investigation level of TLD dose is 2.27 m Sv, and the level of TLD investigation is the highest outside. The small value was 0.04 m Svand the maximum value was 46.23 m Sv.According to the suspicious data of exposure dose to interventional radiology workers, the contents of investigation were determined. Conclusion the radiation protection training of interventional radiology workers and their management personnel should be strengthened. The investigation level of radiation dose should be revised periodically, and the corresponding investigation should be carried out when the radiation dose is below or above the investigation level.
