【摘要】：目的分析呼和浩特市疑似預(yù)防接種異常反應(yīng)(Adverse Events Following Immunization,AEFI)的發(fā)生特征,評(píng)價(jià)AEFI監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況及預(yù)防接種安全性。方法通過(guò)AEFI監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)收集呼和浩特市2010-2013年AEFI監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)報(bào)告的個(gè)案數(shù)據(jù),采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法對(duì)相關(guān)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2010-2013年呼和浩特市共報(bào)告AEFI病例326例,報(bào)告發(fā)生率為1.31/萬(wàn);4歲病例占88.04%(287/326);男女性別比為1.22∶1;主要集中在9月份;AEFI分類(lèi)中主要以不良反應(yīng)為主,占報(bào)告總數(shù)的97.55%,偶合癥占2.45%;無(wú)心因性等群體性預(yù)防接種異常反應(yīng)、疫苗質(zhì)量事故和接種事故;不良反應(yīng)中以一般反應(yīng)為主,占77.67%(247/318),異常反應(yīng)報(bào)告71例,占22.33%(71/318);AEFI疫苗分布中以麻疹疫苗最常見(jiàn),占27.61%,其次為無(wú)細(xì)胞百白破疫苗,占14.11%;83.13%AEFI反應(yīng)發(fā)生在疫苗接種后1 d,臨床損害以發(fā)熱和紅腫/硬結(jié)為主,占55.83%;全市9個(gè)旗縣區(qū)均有AEFI數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告,48h及時(shí)報(bào)告率為91.41%,48 h及時(shí)調(diào)查率為98.88%。結(jié)論監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)表明,呼和浩特市AEFI監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)總體運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況正常,需進(jìn)一步提高全市AEFI監(jiān)測(cè)敏感性和質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics of the abnormal response to suspected vaccination in Hohhot, Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI). To evaluate the operation of AEFI monitoring system and the safety of vaccination. Methods the case data of AEFI monitoring system from 2010 to 2013 in Hohhot city were collected through AEFI monitoring system. Results A total of 326 AEFI cases were reported in Hohhot from 2010 to 2013. The reported incidence rate of 4 year old cases was 88.040.287 / 3260.The sex ratio of male to female was 1.22: 1.In September, the main adverse reactions in the classification of AEFI were 97.55% of the total reported cases, and the incidentals accounted for 2.45% of the total number of reported cases. The adverse reactions were mainly general reactions (77.67%), and 77.67% (247 / 318g) of AEFI vaccines. 71 cases of abnormal reactions were reported, accounting for 22.3371% (31.18%) of the distribution of AEFI vaccine. Measles vaccine was the most common vaccine, accounting for 27.61% of AEFI vaccine, followed by acellular white tetanus vaccine. Account for 14.11; 83.13FI reaction occurred 1 day after vaccination, the main clinical damage was fever and redness / sclerosis, accounting for 55.83.The AEFI data report for 48h was reported in 9 flag counties and districts of the whole city. The timely investigation rate of 91.41FI and 48h was 98.88. Conclusion Monitoring data shows that, The AEFI monitoring system in Hohhot is running normally, so the sensitivity and quality of AEFI monitoring should be further improved.
