【摘要】：目的分析中國(guó)1985-2014年中小學(xué)生生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育長(zhǎng)期規(guī)律與趨勢(shì),為促進(jìn)中小學(xué)生發(fā)育提供參考依據(jù)。方法采集中國(guó)1985-2014年中小學(xué)生的身高、體重、BMI指標(biāo)的動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),分析其發(fā)展規(guī)律與趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果 30年來(lái),中國(guó)中小學(xué)生生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育整體呈增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì);女生的突增年齡和快速生長(zhǎng)期較男生提前1年。到2014年18歲男女生身高分別增長(zhǎng)了3.79 cm、2.30 cm,達(dá)到了172.00 cm、159.19 cm;男女生體重分別增長(zhǎng)了7.45 kg、2.50 kg,達(dá)到63.54 kg、52.57 kg;男女生BMI指數(shù)分別增長(zhǎng)了1.62、0.38,達(dá)到21.44、20.37。結(jié)論中小學(xué)生生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育呈長(zhǎng)期趨勢(shì),身高體重不斷增長(zhǎng);身高增長(zhǎng)速度略有減緩,體重增速繼續(xù)增加,增速男生比女生快。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the long-term regularity and trend of primary and secondary school students' growth and development in China from 1985 to 2014, and to provide a reference basis for promoting the development of primary and secondary school students. Methods the dynamic data of height, weight and BMI of primary and middle school students from 1985 to 2014 in China were collected. Results over the past 30 years, the growth and development of primary and secondary school students in China as a whole showed an increasing trend. By 2014, the height of boys and girls at the age of 18 had increased by 3.79 cm-1 (2.30 cm) to 172.00 cm-1 (159.19 cm), and the body weight of girls and boys had increased by 7.45 kg / 2.50 kg to 63.54 kg / 52.57 kg, respectively, and the BMI index of boys and girls had increased by 7.45 kg / 2.50 kg / kg, respectively. The growth rate was 0.38, reaching 21.44% 20.37.Conclusion there is a long-term trend in the growth of primary and middle school students. Height and weight continue to grow; height growth rate is a bit slower, weight growth continues to increase, the growth rate of boys faster than girls.
