2010—2013年廣州市食源性疾病監(jiān)測副溶血性弧菌的病原學(xué)特征

【摘要】:目的了解2010—2013年廣州市食源性疾病監(jiān)測副溶血性弧菌分離株的血清型別、抗菌藥物耐藥性、毒力基因攜帶情況以及分子分型特征。方法對廣州市2010—2013年食源性疾病監(jiān)測中分離到的108株副溶血性弧菌進行血清分型、藥敏試驗以及耐熱直接溶血毒素基因(tdh)、耐熱相關(guān)溶血毒素基因(trh)的PCR檢測,并進行脈沖場凝膠電泳(PFGE)分型。結(jié)果 2010—2013年廣州市副溶血性弧菌的主要血清型為O3:K6(51株,47.2%)、O1:KUT(32株,29.6%)。藥敏檢測結(jié)果顯示,分離株對氨芐西林(90.7%)和頭孢吡肟(28.8%)耐藥率較高,而對復(fù)方新諾明、氯霉素則100.0%敏感。多重耐藥分析顯示,2010—2013年分別有53.6%(15/28)、20.6%(7/34)、18.8%(3/16)、33.3%(10/30)的分離株同時耐受≥3種抗菌藥物。毒力基因PCR檢測顯示,95.4%(103/108)的分離株為tdh+trh-,4.6%(5/108)的分離株為tdh-trh+。PFGE顯示,108株副溶血性弧菌經(jīng)NotⅠ酶切后的PFGE圖譜可分為3個聚類,55個PFGE型別,相似值為60.2%~100%。優(yōu)勢血清型O3:K6和O1:KUT主要集中于聚類Ⅱ,O4:K8血清型主要集中于聚類Ⅲ。結(jié)論 2010—2013年廣州市食源性疾病監(jiān)測副溶血性弧菌優(yōu)勢血清型為O3:K6和O1:KUT型,菌株對多數(shù)抗菌藥物仍然比較敏感,但存在多重耐藥現(xiàn)象,多數(shù)菌株攜帶tdh基因,PFGE結(jié)果提示廣州市食源性監(jiān)測副溶血性弧菌存在遺傳多樣性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the serotype and antimicrobial resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates from foodborne diseases surveillance in Guangzhou from 2010 to 2013. Methods 108 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from food borne disease surveillance in Guangzhou from 2010 to 2013 were genotyped in serum. Drug sensitivity test and PCR detection of heat resistant direct hemolytic toxin gene (TDH) and heat-related hemolytic toxin gene (Th). Results the main serotypes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Guangzhou from 2010 to 2013 were: O3: K651 strain (O3: K651) and 32 strains of O1: KUTU. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the drug resistance of the isolated strains to ampicillin (90.7) and cefepime (28.8) was higher. And in the case of compound sulfamethoxine, Chloramphenicol was sensitive to 100.0%. Multidrug resistance analysis showed that 53.6% of the isolates from 2010 to 2013 had a tolerance of more than 3 antimicrobial agents at the same time.
