108例兒童學(xué)習(xí)困難影響因素臨床分析

【摘要】:目的: 分析兒童學(xué)習(xí)困難(Learning disability,LD)的影響因素,為心理咨詢、膳食指導(dǎo)和制定有效的預(yù)防矯治與早期干預(yù)措施提供依據(jù)。 方法: 采用中國修訂版韋克斯勒兒童智力量表(C WISC)、Achenbach兒童行為量表(CBCL)、自制家庭環(huán)境狀況問卷,同時(shí)結(jié)合微量元素的測(cè)定對(duì)108對(duì)LD兒童及正常兒童的智商、行為特點(diǎn)、早期發(fā)育、家庭環(huán)境狀況及生活質(zhì)量給予測(cè)評(píng),并進(jìn)行臨床分析。 結(jié)果: 調(diào)查的108例學(xué)習(xí)困難兒童平均智力水平顯著低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=10.8,P 0.05); LD兒童測(cè)定血清微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe的水平顯著低于對(duì)照組(P 0.05),而血清Pb水平顯著高于對(duì)照組(P 0.05);LD 兒童的行為問題及家庭環(huán)境問題檢出率亦均明顯高于對(duì)照組(P 0.05)。 結(jié)論: 兒童學(xué)習(xí)困難與智力、行為特點(diǎn)、早期發(fā)育、家庭環(huán)境狀況及微量元素水平等因素密切相關(guān),防治應(yīng)從多方面因素考慮,給予綜合的干預(yù)和治療模式。
[Abstract]:Objective:. To analyze the influencing factors of learning disability (LDD) in children with learning disabilities, to provide evidence for psychological counseling, dietary guidance and effective preventive treatment and early intervention. Methods:. The Wechsler Children's Intelligence scale (WISCA) was used to measure the intelligence quotient (IQ), behavioral characteristics and early development of 108 LD children and normal children. The self-made family environment questionnaire was used to measure the intelligence quotient (IQ), behavioral characteristics and early development of 108 LD children and normal children. Family environment and quality of life were evaluated and analyzed clinically. Results:. The average intelligence level of 108 children with learning disabilities was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The level of serum trace element Zn, Cu, Cu Fe in LD children was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the serum Pb level was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The detection rate of behavioral problems and family environmental problems in children was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion:. Children's learning difficulties are closely related to intelligence, behavioral characteristics, early development, family environment and trace element level, etc. The prevention and treatment should be considered from many factors, and comprehensive intervention and treatment should be given.
