蘭州市2014年與2010年中小學(xué)生身體形態(tài)發(fā)育情況對(duì)比分析

【摘要】:目的了解2014年蘭州市中小學(xué)生身體形態(tài)發(fā)育情況,為增強(qiáng)中小學(xué)生體質(zhì)提供依據(jù)。方法分析2014年和2010年蘭州市學(xué)生體質(zhì)與健康調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)中的身高、坐高、體重、胸圍、皮褶厚度等指標(biāo),計(jì)算維爾維克指數(shù)。結(jié)果 2014年蘭州市7~18歲漢族學(xué)生的身高、坐高、體重、胸圍均隨年齡增長(zhǎng)而增加(均有P0.05);2014年與2010年城、鄉(xiāng)男生的身高、坐高、體重、胸圍的平均值均高于女生(均有P0.05),上臂部和肩胛部皮褶厚度的平均值低于女生(均有P0.05);2014年與2010年相比,男女生的上臂部和肩胛部皮褶厚度以及維爾維克指數(shù)無明顯變化。結(jié)論蘭州市青少年學(xué)生的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育狀況存在明顯的城鄉(xiāng)差異,應(yīng)采取措施盡快消除這種差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the physical development of primary and middle school students in Lanzhou on 2014 and to provide the basis for strengthening their physique. Methods the height, sitting height, weight and chest circumference of the survey data of students' physique and health in Lanzhou on 2014 and 2010 were analyzed. Results in 2014, the height, sitting height, body weight and chest circumference of Han students aged 7 to 18 in Lanzhou increased with age (P 0.05); in 2014 and 2010, the height, sitting height and weight of male students in rural areas increased with age. The average value of chest circumference was higher than that of girls (P 0.05), and the average thickness of skinfold in upper arm and scapula was lower than that in girls (P 0.05); in 2014, compared with 2010, The skinfold thickness and Wilwick index of upper arm and scapula of male and female students had no obvious change. Conclusion there are obvious differences between urban and rural areas in the growth and development of adolescent students in Lanzhou, and measures should be taken to eliminate this difference as soon as possible.
