【摘要】：目的了解南寧市外環(huán)境標(biāo)本中禽流感病毒的動態(tài)分布情況,為人感染禽流感病毒提供風(fēng)險評估依據(jù)。方法采集環(huán)境標(biāo)本用實時熒光PCR法檢測A型流感病毒通用型、H5、H7和H9亞型核酸,監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)用SPSS21.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果共采集外環(huán)境標(biāo)本468份,A型流感病毒通用型核酸陽性標(biāo)本共62份,總陽性率為13.25%;H5、H9、A型未分型和H5+H9檢出率分別為4.91%、3.42%、4.27%和0.64%。1月、4月和8月禽流感病毒的陽性率較高。各類監(jiān)測標(biāo)本中,砧板表面檢出率最高(38.10%),糞便最低(7.32%)。結(jié)論南寧市城鄉(xiāng)活禽市場外環(huán)境中有H5、H9禽流感病毒污染,存在感染人的風(fēng)險,應(yīng)繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)外環(huán)境禽流感病毒監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the dynamic distribution of avian influenza virus in environmental samples from Nanning city. Methods Real-time fluorescence PCR assay was used to detect the nucleic acid of H5H7 and H9 subtypes of influenza A virus. The monitoring data were statistically analyzed by SPSS21.0 software. Results A total of 468 samples of influenza A virus positive nucleic acid were collected, 62 of them were positive for common type nucleic acid of influenza A virus. The total positive rate was 13.25% and the positive rate of H5H9 type A and H5H9 were 4.91% and 0.64.1%, respectively. The positive rates of avian influenza virus in April and August were higher. The highest detection rate on the cutting board was 38.10 and the lowest in feces was 7.320.Conclusion there is H5H9 avian influenza virus contamination in the environment of live poultry market in urban and rural areas of Nanning, and there is a risk of human infection, so we should continue to strengthen the surveillance of avian influenza virus in external environment.
