【摘要】：[目的]研究百草枯(paraquat,PQ)對(duì)雄性大鼠精液質(zhì)量和睪丸組織脂質(zhì)過(guò)氧化的影響。[方法]將32只健康成年雄性Wistar大鼠隨機(jī)分為4組,即對(duì)照組和低、中、高三個(gè)PQ染毒組(0.5、2.0、8.0 mg/kg),每組8只。采用經(jīng)口灌胃,連續(xù)染毒8周。染毒結(jié)束后,處死大鼠,分離睪丸及附睪組織,稱(chēng)重并計(jì)算臟器系數(shù),分析精子數(shù)量及活力,采用H-E染色觀察睪丸組織病理學(xué)變化,并檢測(cè)睪丸組織中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)以及谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力。[結(jié)果]低、中、高染毒組大鼠精子數(shù)量分別為(48.37±3.76)×10~6、(41.56±3.13)×10~6、(32.48±4.09)×10~6,活力分別為(68.85±5.27)%、(66.65±2.83)%、(52.30±1.99)%,均低于對(duì)照組[(53.19±4.15)×10~6,(70.65±6.07)%],差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。各染毒組大鼠睪丸臟器系數(shù)(0.87±0.08、0.85±0.07、0.78±0.07)及附睪臟器系數(shù)(0.27±0.02、0.29±0.03、0.31±0.03)與對(duì)照組(0.94±0.06,0.24±0.03)相比較,差異亦具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。與對(duì)照組相比,染毒組睪丸組織出現(xiàn)明顯的退行性改變;且高PQ染毒組睪丸組織中MDA含量升高[(1.45±0.18)nmol/mg vs.(0.79±0.11)nmol/mg],SOD[(76.19±6.71)μ/mg vs.(108.50±11.24)μ/mg]及GSH-Px[(15.07±2.71)μ/mg vs.(30.61±3.23)μ/mg]活力下降。[結(jié)論]百草枯導(dǎo)致大鼠精液質(zhì)量下降,睪丸組織脂質(zhì)過(guò)氧化增強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the effects of paraquat PQ) on semen quality and lipid peroxidation in testis of male rats. [methods] Thirty-two healthy adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group, low and middle group. Eight rats in each group were given oral oral administration for 8 weeks. The rats were killed, testicular and epididymal tissues were isolated, weighed, and organ coefficients were calculated, and sperm count and motility were analyzed. The histopathological changes of testis were observed by H-E staining, and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in testis were detected. The sperm counts of the rats in the high exposure group were 48.37 鹵3.76 脳 106.76 脳 106.56 鹵3.13) 脳 106An 32.48 鹵4.09) 脳 106.6. the sperm motility was 68.85 鹵5.275.270.65 鹵2.835.52.30 鹵1.993.It was lower than that of the control group (53.19 鹵4.15 脳 100.60.65 鹵6.07%), the difference was statistically significant. The difference was also statistically significant (P 0.05). Compared with the control group, the testicular tissue of the exposed group showed obvious degenerative changes. The activity of MDA in testis was increased [1.45 鹵0.18nmol / mg vs.(0.79 鹵0.11nmol / mg] and GSH-Px (15.07 鹵2.71 渭 / mg vs.(30.61 鹵3.23 渭 / mg) decreased. [conclusion] Paraquat induced the decrease of semen quality and the increase of lipid peroxidation in testis.
