【摘要】：目的分析1991-2011年貴州省成人體質(zhì)指數(shù)(Body Mass Index,BMI)分布及變化趨勢。方法利用1991-2011年"中國健康與營養(yǎng)調(diào)查"項(xiàng)目8次追蹤調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),選取貴州省18~60歲居民為研究對象,分析不同特征研究對象BMI及超重肥胖率的變化趨勢。結(jié)果 1991-2011年貴州省成人BMI均值從(21.2±2.3)kg/m2上升到(22.8±3.3)kg/m2;男、女BMI均值分別上升了0.7 kg/m2和0.2kg/m2;40歲~年齡組BMI均值上升最快;城市、郊區(qū)、縣城和農(nóng)村居民BMI均值分別上升了1.1 kg/m2、1.1 kg/m2、1.9 kg/m2和1.9 kg/m2;超重肥胖率從11.4%上升到33.9%。結(jié)論貴州城鄉(xiāng)居民超重肥胖呈增長趨勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the distribution and change trend of adult body Mass index (BMI) in Guizhou Province from 1991 to 2011. Methods using the data of 8 times of "China Health and Nutrition Survey" from 1991 to 2011, 1860 year-old residents of Guizhou Province were selected as the research objects. Results the mean value of adult BMI increased from 21.2 鹵2.3 kg / m ~ 2 to 22.8 鹵3.3 kg / m ~ 2 from 1991 to 2011 in Guizhou Province. The mean value of BMI in men and women increased by 0.7 kg/m2 and 0.2 kg / m ~ 2 respectively. The average BMI of county and rural residents increased by 1.1 kg / m ~ (2) / 1.1 kg / m ~ (2) kg/m2 and 1.9 kg / m ~ (2), respectively. The overweight and obesity rate increased from 11.4% to 33.9. Conclusion the overweight and obesity rate of urban and rural residents in Guizhou is increasing.
