【摘要】：目的探討我國(guó)老年人軀體健康狀況與老年虐待之間的關(guān)系,為采取干預(yù)措施預(yù)防、解決老年虐待提供依據(jù)。方法研究對(duì)象為全國(guó)婦聯(lián)、國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局2010年實(shí)施的"第三期中國(guó)婦女社會(huì)地位調(diào)查"數(shù)據(jù)中9 057名年齡為65歲以上的老年人;調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括一般特征、軀體健康狀況以及老年虐待狀況等。采用Pearson檢驗(yàn)、x~2檢驗(yàn)、多元Logistic回歸進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果老年虐待發(fā)生率為6.39%。軀體健康狀況與老年虐待之間存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系(rs=0.064,P0.001),老年人軀體健康狀況越差,遭受老年虐待的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)越高�？刂苹祀s因素的影響后,與健康老年人相比,罹患一種、兩種疾病的老年人受虐風(fēng)險(xiǎn)更高,OR值分別為1.59(95%CI:1.19~2.12)、2.10(95%CI:1.61~2.71)。結(jié)論我國(guó)老年虐待狀況堪憂,老年人軀體健康狀況與老年虐待之間存在正相關(guān),軀體健康狀況越差的老年人越容易遭受虐待。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between the physical health status of the elderly and elder abuse in China, and to provide the basis for taking intervention measures to prevent and solve the elder abuse. Methods the research object is the All-China Women's Federation. The data from the third Survey of the Social status of Chinese Women, conducted by the National Bureau of Statistics in 2010, included 9,057 elderly people over the age of 65. The survey included general features. Physical health status and elder abuse status. Pearson test was used. Results the incidence of elder abuse was 6.39. There was a positive correlation between physical health status and elder abuse. The higher the risk of elder abuse is, the higher the risk of elder abuse is, after controlling for mixed factors, compared with the healthy elderly, the OR value of the elderly with one disease is higher than that of the healthy elderly. The OR value of the two diseases is 1.5995 CI: 1.19 / 2.12 / 2.10 / 95CI: 1.61and 2.71 respectively. Conclusion the situation of elder abuse in China is very worrying. There is a positive correlation between the physical health status of the elderly and elder abuse, and the worse the physical health, the more vulnerable the elderly are to abuse.
