【摘要】：目的研究富硒玉米對(duì)中老年人血硒、空腹血糖(FPG)及谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶(GPx)活性的影響。方法 120名51~84歲的研究對(duì)象隨機(jī)分為普通玉米組和富硒玉米組,每日食用15 g玉米粉(富硒玉米含硒50μg,普通玉米含硒0.2μg)10個(gè)月,比較干預(yù)前后指標(biāo)的變化。結(jié)果兩組間性別、年齡、BMI、基礎(chǔ)血硒、FPG以及GPx活性無(wú)顯著差異。干預(yù)后兩組血硒水平均顯著升高,富硒玉米組(129.20±29.47)μg/L顯著高于普通玉米組(101.06±29.44)μg/L(P0.01),富硒玉米組的血硒增值與基礎(chǔ)血硒水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=0.41,P0.05)。干預(yù)后FPG無(wú)顯著改變,但兩組GPx活性均顯著升高,富硒玉米組GPx活性的增值(80.12±93.31)顯著高于普通玉米組(43.35±69.01)(P0.01),而且富硒玉米組血硒水平與GPx活性呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.42,P0.05)。結(jié)論富硒玉米干預(yù)顯著提高了中老年人群血硒水平和GPx活性,對(duì)FPG影響較小。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of selenium enriched corn on the activities of blood selenium, fasting blood glucose (FPG) and glutathione peroxidase (Glutathione peroxidase) in middle-aged and elderly people. Methods 120 subjects aged 51 to 84 years were randomly divided into normal corn group and selenium-enriched corn group. 15 g corn meal (50 渭 g selenium enriched corn and 0.2 渭 g selenium in common corn) were consumed daily for 10 months. The changes of indexes before and after intervention were compared. There was no significant difference in the activities of BMI, FPG and GPx between the two groups, but the levels of blood selenium in the two groups were significantly increased after intervention. Compared with the normal corn group (101.06 鹵29.44) 渭 g 路L ~ (-1) P ~ (0.01), the blood selenium increment in the selenium-enriched corn group was negatively correlated with the basic blood selenium level. There was no significant change in FPG after the intervention, but the activity of GPx was significantly increased in both groups. The increment of GPx activity in the selenium-enriched corn group was 80.12 鹵93.31), which was significantly higher than that in the normal corn group (43.35 鹵69.01), and there was a significant positive correlation between the blood selenium level and the GPx activity in the selenium-enriched corn group. It has little effect on FPG.
