【摘要】：目的探討焦?fàn)t工人血壓變化對神經(jīng)行為的影響,為制定合理的防控措施提供一定的理論依據(jù)。方法選取山西某焦化廠198名焦化作業(yè)工人為暴露組,該廠145名非焦化作業(yè)工人為對照組,使用統(tǒng)一的調(diào)查表收集個(gè)人信息,靜息狀態(tài)下檢測血壓3次,采用WHO推薦的神經(jīng)行為核心測試組合(NCTB)對研究對象的情感狀態(tài)和神經(jīng)行為功能進(jìn)行測試。結(jié)果對照組中血壓異常的工人數(shù)字跨度(倒序、總體)、數(shù)字譯碼和目標(biāo)追蹤(正確數(shù)、總數(shù))得分顯著低于血壓正常的工人,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。血壓正常的工人中,暴露組工人緊張-焦慮、反應(yīng)時(shí)間等13項(xiàng)指標(biāo)得分顯著低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。而血壓異常的工人中,暴露組工人憤怒-敵意、平均反應(yīng)時(shí)間、最快反應(yīng)時(shí)間、最慢反應(yīng)時(shí)間、數(shù)字跨度(順序、倒序、總體)、數(shù)字譯碼和目標(biāo)追蹤(正確數(shù)、錯(cuò)誤數(shù)、總數(shù))得分顯著低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。多元線性回歸分析顯示:神經(jīng)行為得分與焦?fàn)t環(huán)境暴露和工人血壓水平呈負(fù)相關(guān),且數(shù)字譯碼和目標(biāo)追蹤(正確數(shù)、總數(shù))得分與暴露和血壓的相乘項(xiàng)呈現(xiàn)負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論血壓升高可能影響焦?fàn)t工人的短期聽記憶力、視覺記憶和運(yùn)動(dòng)速度以及手部運(yùn)動(dòng)速度和準(zhǔn)確性,焦?fàn)t環(huán)境則會影響工人的各項(xiàng)神經(jīng)行為,且兩因素對視覺記憶和運(yùn)動(dòng)速度以及手部運(yùn)動(dòng)速度和準(zhǔn)確性存在負(fù)交互作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of changes in blood pressure on neurobehavioral behavior of coke oven workers, and to provide a theoretical basis for making reasonable prevention and control measures. Methods 198 coking workers in a coking plant in Shanxi Province were selected as exposure group. In the control group, 145 non-coking workers collected personal information with a unified questionnaire, and measured their blood pressure 3 times in a resting state. The emotional state and neurobehavioral function of the subjects were tested with the neurobehavioral core test combination (NCTB) recommended by WHO. Results in the control group, the workers with abnormal blood pressure had a number span (reverse order, total inversion, digital decoding and target tracking). The total score was significantly lower than that of the workers with normal blood pressure, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). In the workers with normal blood pressure, the scores of 13 indexes, such as tension, anxiety, reaction time and so on, were significantly lower in the exposed group than in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). Among the workers with abnormal blood pressure, the exposed workers were angry-hostile, average reaction time, fastest reaction time, slowest response time, digital span (order, reverse order). The scores of total number, digit decoding and target tracking (correct number, error number, total) were significantly lower than those in the control group. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between neurobehavioral scores and coke oven exposure and blood pressure level of workers, as well as digit decoding and target tracking (correct number). Conclusion elevated blood pressure may affect short-term auditory memory, visual memory and motor speed, and the speed and accuracy of hand movement in coke oven workers. The coke oven environment will affect the neural behavior of workers, and the two factors have negative interaction on visual memory and movement speed, hand movement speed and accuracy.
