【摘要】：正中國(guó)公共營(yíng)養(yǎng)領(lǐng)域的專(zhuān)家們?cè)谶^(guò)去幾十年通過(guò)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)理論與現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)手段,不斷探索研究解決我國(guó)居民營(yíng)養(yǎng)與健康問(wèn)題,滿(mǎn)足社會(huì)需求的方法與途徑。尤其是近十年,公共營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)界力求在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,建設(shè)和發(fā)展我國(guó)的專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)科力量,組織開(kāi)展一系列科學(xué)研究和實(shí)踐
[Abstract]:In the past few decades, experts in the field of public nutrition in China have been continuously exploring ways and means to solve the nutrition and health problems of Chinese residents and meet the needs of society through the application of basic theories and modern scientific and technological means, especially in the past ten years. On the basis of learning from the domestic and foreign academic research achievements, the public nutrition circles strive to build and develop the specialized discipline strength of our country, and organize and carry out a series of scientific research and practice.
