【摘要】:目的調(diào)查某面粉廠地腳粉中棕脊足螨的孳生數(shù)量和平均孳生密度,并探討其防治方法。方法從某面粉廠采集地腳粉若干,稱量一定量的地腳粉,用分樣篩篩除,將篩內(nèi)地腳粉放入玻璃平皿內(nèi),在光鏡下挑螨,并制成玻片,然后參照以往文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行螨種鑒定。結(jié)果本次調(diào)查共采集4個(gè)生境地腳粉共400 g,平均孳生密度為3 516只/g。經(jīng)鑒定該螨為棕脊足螨。結(jié)論棕脊足螨是分布廣泛的儲(chǔ)藏物螨類之一。不僅影響儲(chǔ)藏物的保存及其質(zhì)量,且該螨影響人類健康,因此需要采取防治措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the breeding quantity and average breeding density of mite in the ground foot powder of a flour mill, and to discuss its control methods. Methods A certain amount of ground foot powder was collected from a flour mill and sifted with sample sieving. Put the powder in glass plate, pick mites under light microscope, and make glass slide. Then the mite species was identified with reference to the previous literature. Results in this investigation, 400 g of ground powder was collected in 4 habitats, and the average breeding density was 3 516 / g. The mites were identified as brown chiropoda mites. Conclusion the mites are widely distributed in storage. One of the species of mites. Not only does it affect the preservation and quality of storage materials, And the mites affect human health, so it is necessary to take control measures.
