【摘要】：目的了解壽光市大棚勞動者膝關(guān)節(jié)肌肉骨骼疾患的患病情況,分析肌肉骨骼疾患相關(guān)影響因素。方法選擇山東省壽光市五個蔬菜大棚種植區(qū)15個村莊至少從事一年勞動的蔬菜大棚勞動者進行面對面調(diào)查,分析膝關(guān)節(jié)肌肉骨骼疾患的發(fā)生和影響因素。結(jié)果共納入研究對象1 780人,大棚勞動者膝關(guān)節(jié)肌肉骨骼疾患的患病率為41.9%。單因素Logistic回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn)共48個因素與大棚勞動者膝關(guān)節(jié)疾病的發(fā)生有關(guān);多因素Logistic回歸分析提示,女性(OR=1.795,95%CI:1.433~2.249)、年齡≥50歲(OR=1.635,95%CI:1.271~2.105)、BMI≥24 kg/m2(OR=1.445,95%CI:1.151~1.814)、種植年數(shù)≥20年(OR=1.767,95%CI:1.368~2.282)、長時間跪著工作(OR=1.616,95%CI:1.207~2.165)、長時間走動工作(OR=1.967,95%CI:1.290~3.000)、以不舒服的姿勢搬舉重物(OR=1.421,95%CI:1.116~1.809)、稍微彎腰(OR=2.084,95%CI:1.427~3.045)、大幅度轉(zhuǎn)身(OR=1.291,95%CI:1.002~1.663)、頭部重復(fù)彎曲扭轉(zhuǎn)(OR=1.565,95%CI:1.187~2.063)、常被迫彎腰(OR=1.245,95%CI:0.979~1.584)會增加膝關(guān)節(jié)疾病發(fā)生的風(fēng)險。結(jié)論大棚勞動者膝關(guān)節(jié)肌肉骨骼疾患的患病率較高,亟待采取合理的預(yù)防和控制措施來減少大棚勞動者膝關(guān)節(jié)肌肉骨骼疾患的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of musculoskeletal disease of knee joint in shouguang city. Methods face to face investigation was conducted in 15 villages of five vegetable greenhouse growing areas in Shouguang City, Shandong Province, which were engaged in at least one year of labor. The occurrence and influencing factors of musculoskeletal diseases of knee joint were analyzed. The prevalence of musculoskeletal diseases of knee joint in greenhouse workers was 41.9.
