【摘要】：目的建立水中18種農(nóng)藥的固相萃取-氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜分析方法。方法利用C_(18)固相萃取小柱預(yù)處理水樣,通過(guò)對(duì)固相萃取條件的優(yōu)化,得出了最佳實(shí)驗(yàn)條件:水樣加0.5 g氯化鈉和2 ml甲醇作為改進(jìn)劑,上樣流速為10 ml/min,洗脫溶劑為乙酸乙酯和正己烷,洗脫體積為10 ml,洗脫速率為2 ml/min;GC-MS采用HP-5MS石英毛細(xì)管色譜柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)分離18種農(nóng)藥,氦氣為載氣,柱流量為1.0 ml/min,進(jìn)樣體積為1.0μl。選擇電子轟擊離子源(EI),輔助線溫度為280℃,離子源溫度為230℃,四極桿溫度為150℃;加入菲-d10作為內(nèi)標(biāo),利用選擇離子監(jiān)測(cè)(SIM)模式進(jìn)行定性定量。結(jié)果 18種農(nóng)藥的方法檢出限為0.000 07 mg/L~0.000 31 mg/L,加標(biāo)回收率為72.5%~105.1%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)為1.1%~9.7%。結(jié)論本法同時(shí)測(cè)定水中18種農(nóng)藥,操作簡(jiǎn)便、省時(shí)、靈敏,環(huán)境污染小。
