【摘要】：[目的]分析上海市金山區(qū)職業(yè)性化學(xué)灼傷病例特征,為制定防控策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。[方法]根據(jù)中國疾病預(yù)防控制中心職業(yè)病與職業(yè)衛(wèi)生信息監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)中報(bào)告的上海市金山區(qū)2006—2015年職業(yè)性化學(xué)灼傷病例,分析病例的人群特征、企業(yè)分布、發(fā)病趨勢等特征。[結(jié)果]2006—2015年金山區(qū)報(bào)告職業(yè)性化學(xué)灼傷278例,占報(bào)告職業(yè)病總數(shù)的68.6%。其中化學(xué)性眼部灼傷253例(91.0%)、化學(xué)性皮膚灼傷25例(9.0%);男性250例(89.9%),女性28例(10.1%)。發(fā)病年齡中位數(shù)(M)為40歲,發(fā)病工齡M為3年,工齡以5年最多(61.9%)。病例企業(yè)分布主要以內(nèi)資企業(yè)(77.3%)、小型企業(yè)(66.9%)及化學(xué)原料和化學(xué)制品制造業(yè)(33.5%)為主。[結(jié)論]金山區(qū)職業(yè)性化學(xué)灼傷以眼部灼傷為主,病例工齡均較短。防控的重點(diǎn)行業(yè)是小型企業(yè)、內(nèi)資企業(yè)、化學(xué)原料和化學(xué)制品制造業(yè);尤其應(yīng)關(guān)注短工齡勞動者,重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)勞動者眼部的防護(hù)措施。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the characteristics of occupational chemical burns in Jinshan District, Shanghai, China. [methods] according to the occupational disease and occupational health information surveillance system of China Center for Disease Control and Prevention, occupational chemical burn cases reported from 2006 to 2015 in Jinshan District, Shanghai, were analyzed. [results] 278 cases of occupational chemical burns were reported in Jinshan District from 2006 to 2015. It accounted for 68.6% of the total number of reported occupational diseases, including 253 cases of chemical ocular burns (91.0%), 25 cases of chemical skin burns (9.0%), 250 cases of males (89.9%) and 28 cases of females (10.1%). The median age of onset was 40 years and the duration of service was 3 years. The distribution of cases was mainly domestic enterprises (77.3%) and small enterprises (66.9%) and chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing (33.5%). [conclusion] the occupational chemical burns in Jinshan District were mainly ocular burns, and the distribution of these cases was mainly in domestic enterprises (77.3%), small enterprises (66.9%) and chemical raw materials and chemical products (33.5%). [conclusion] the occupational chemical burns in Jinshan District were mainly caused by ocular burns. The key industries of prevention and control are small enterprises, domestic enterprises, chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry.
