【摘要】：目的測試三種葡萄糖酸氯己定復方手消毒劑臨床消毒效果,為臨床科室提供安全有效的手消毒劑。方法根據(jù)《消毒技術規(guī)范》對三種葡萄糖酸氯己定復方手消毒劑進行檢測。結果三種葡萄糖酸氯己定復方手消毒劑pH值,泡沫抗菌洗手液為6.50、泡沫外科消毒劑為6.38,外科手消毒凝膠為6.70,有效成分葡萄糖酸氯己定含量分別為0.185%、1.23%、1.19%,泡沫和凝膠手消毒液乙醇含量分別為:38.2%、54.7%,泡沫抗菌洗手液細菌總數(shù)、大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、真菌菌落符合國家標準要求;泡沫抗菌洗手液對大腸桿菌殺滅對數(shù)值均5.00,對金黃色葡萄球菌殺菌不合格;泡沫外科消毒劑對大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌作用1.5min,對白念珠菌、銅綠假單胞菌作用3.0min,可達到消毒合格;外科手消毒凝膠大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、白念珠菌、銅綠假單胞菌作用1.0min,可達到消毒合格;使用葡萄糖酸氯己定泡沫抗菌洗手液后用葡萄糖酸泡沫外科消毒劑或葡萄糖酸氯己定外科手消毒凝膠5ml,消毒作用3min,對臨床科室醫(yī)務人員手上自然菌殺滅對數(shù)1.0,手上殘留菌數(shù)1cfu/cm2。結論三種葡萄糖酸氯己定復方手消毒劑消毒配合使用消毒效果達到臨床消毒要求,可以在臨床科室使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to test the clinical efficacy of three kinds of chlorhexidine gluconate compound hand disinfectants. Methods three kinds of chlorhexidine gluconate compound hand disinfectants were detected according to the Technical Specification for Disinfection. Results the pH value of the three compound hand disinfectants was determined. Foam antibacterial hand sanitizer 6.50, foam surgical disinfectant 6.38, surgical hand disinfectant 6.70, active ingredient chlorhexidine gluconate 0.185 and 1.23um 1.19.The ethanol content of foam and gel hand disinfectant was 54.70.The total number of bacteria in foam antibacterial hand sanitizer was 54.7, respectively. Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, fungal colony meet the national standard requirements; foam antibacterial hand sanitizer to Escherichia coli logarithmic value 5.00, not qualified for Staphylococcus aureus sterilization; foam surgical disinfectant for Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus exposed to 1.5 min, Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to 3.0 mins, the surgical hands disinfection gel Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa could be sterilized for 1.0 min. After the use of chlorhexidine gluconate foam antibacterial hand sanitizer, the surgical disinfectant of gluconic acid foam or chlorhexidine gluconate surgical hand disinfection gel was used to disinfect the gel for 5 ml for 3 min. The natural bacteria on the hands of the medical staff in clinical departments were killed by logarithm 1.0. Conclusion the disinfection effect of three kinds of chlorhexidine gluconate compound hand disinfectant combined with disinfection can meet the requirement of clinical disinfection. It can be used in clinical department.
