【摘要】：目的了解2014年蘭州市中小學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)和貧血現(xiàn)狀,分析學(xué)生貧血發(fā)生規(guī)律。方法采用分層整群抽樣的方法,采用統(tǒng)一工具和規(guī)范對(duì)蘭州市4200名中小學(xué)生進(jìn)行身高、體重和血紅蛋白的測(cè)量,對(duì)所獲資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 2014年蘭州市中小學(xué)生消瘦、超重和肥胖的檢出率依次為14.0%、9.5%和4.2%;貧血總檢出率為6.9%,城市(9.7%)高于鄉(xiāng)村(4.2%)(χ~2=16.41,P0.001);男生超重檢出率(11.9%)與肥胖檢出率(5.4%)均高于女生(超重檢出率為7.1%,肥胖檢出率為3.0%),存在性別間差異(χ_(超重)~2=20.06,P0.001;χ_(肥胖)~2=15.83,P0.001)。2014年蘭州市城市男生貧血患病率比2010年升高了1.2%,其余城鄉(xiāng)學(xué)生均下降。結(jié)論蘭州城市學(xué)生營(yíng)養(yǎng)過(guò)剩情況比鄉(xiāng)村嚴(yán)重,城市男生貧血狀況亟需改善。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status of nutrition and anemia of primary and middle school students in Lanzhou city in 2014, to analyze the occurrence of anemia. Methods by using stratified cluster sampling method, using a unified tool and standard height of 4200 primary and middle school students in Lanzhou City, the measurement of body weight and hemoglobin, statistical analysis of the data. The results of primary and middle school students in Lanzhou city in 2014 was, the prevalence of overweight and obesity were 14%, 9.5% and 4.2%; the total anemia detection rate was 6.9%, higher than the rural city (9.7%) (4.2%) (~2=16.41, P0.001); the detection rate of overweight in males (11.9%) and obesity (5.4%) were higher than those of girls (overweight obesity detection rate was 7.1%. The rate is 3%), gender differences (x2 _ (overweight) ~2=20.06, P0.001; X _ (obesity) ~2=15.83, P0.001).2014 Lanzhou city boys anemia prevalence rate than in 2010 increased by 1.2%, the urban and rural students were decreased. Conclusion in Lanzhou City The situation of students' excess nutrition is more serious than that in the countryside, and the anemia situation of urban boys needs to be improved.
