【摘要】：老年人綜合評(píng)估(CGA)是老年醫(yī)學(xué)的核心技術(shù),廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床。評(píng)估工具種類繁多,其中綜合評(píng)估工具有美國(guó)老年人資源與服務(wù)多維功能評(píng)估問卷(OMFAQ)和老年評(píng)估系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(EASY-Care Standard)等;針對(duì)特殊老年人群的綜合評(píng)估工具,如血液病學(xué)老年人評(píng)估工具(GAH)、長(zhǎng)期照護(hù)老年人綜合評(píng)估工具(LTC-CGA)等�？墒褂煤�(jiǎn)明老年人綜合評(píng)估(aCGA)、虛弱老年人篩查(VES-13)、老年評(píng)估8項(xiàng)(G-8)、韓國(guó)老年腫瘤研究組評(píng)分(KG-7)等有效的篩查工具選擇出需要完整綜合評(píng)估的老年人。本文對(duì)以上CGA相關(guān)工具使用與研究情況進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:CGAis the core technology of geriatrics and is widely used in clinic. There are many kinds of evaluation tools, including OMFAQ and EASY-Care Standard. Comprehensive assessment tools for special elderly people, For example, the assessment tool of blood diseases for the elderly, the comprehensive assessment tool for long-term care for the elderly (LTC-CGAA), etc., can be used for concise comprehensive assessment of the elderly, screening of frail elderly patients with VES-13, 8 items of G-8 for the elderly assessment, and KG-7 for the Korean Research Group on Geriatrics Cancer (KG-7), and so on. An effective screening tool is used to select the elderly who need a complete comprehensive assessment. This paper reviews the use and research of the above CGA tools.
