【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)院麻醉機(jī)內(nèi)管路的污染情況,觀察某消毒機(jī)對麻醉機(jī)內(nèi)管路消毒效果。方法通過細(xì)菌定量檢測和現(xiàn)場消毒試驗(yàn)方法,對某醫(yī)院麻醉機(jī)內(nèi)管路污染情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查和管路消毒機(jī)消毒效果觀察。結(jié)果對該醫(yī)院48臺麻醉機(jī)內(nèi)管路的吸氣端和呼氣端內(nèi)表面采樣,了解其污染情況;對內(nèi)管路存在污染的14臺麻醉機(jī)采用麻醉機(jī)內(nèi)管路消毒機(jī)進(jìn)行消毒,比較消毒前后的內(nèi)管路染菌量。非手術(shù)室、復(fù)蘇室的麻醉機(jī)污染較嚴(yán)重,微生物檢出率42.9%;麻醉機(jī)內(nèi)管路呼氣、吸氣端微生物污染率分別為27.1%、4.2%,10件標(biāo)本培養(yǎng)出假絲酵母菌;內(nèi)管路消毒機(jī)對15件污染的麻醉機(jī)內(nèi)管路進(jìn)行消毒,消毒合格率為93.3%。結(jié)論部分麻醉機(jī)內(nèi)管路存在微生物污染的嚴(yán)重隱患,采用內(nèi)管路消毒機(jī)可以達(dá)到有效的消毒效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the pollution situation of hospital anesthesia pipe, to observe a disinfector in disinfection effect of anesthesia machine pipeline. Methods by quantitative bacterial detection and field disinfection test method for hospital anesthesia machine pipeline pollution investigation and pipeline disinfection effect. The observation results of the hospital 48 anesthesia machines within the pipeline the end inspiratory and expiratory end surface sampling, to understand the pollution situation; on the 14 anesthesia machines in the pipeline are pollution disinfection anesthesia machine pipe disinfection machine, pipe disinfection before and after bacterial contamination. Operation room, anesthesia recovery room pollution is serious, the microbial detection rate of 42.9%; anesthesia machine in the pipeline of breath, microbial contamination of end inspiratory rates were 27.1%, 4.2%, 10 specimens cultured Candida; pipeline disinfection machine to 15 pollution anesthetic machine pipeline disinfection, disinfection qualified rate 93.3%. conclusion there is a serious hidden danger of microbial contamination in the pipe of some anesthetic machines. The effective disinfection effect can be achieved by using the internal pipe sterilizer.
