【摘要】：正錳是機(jī)體必需的微量元素之一,但是過量的錳蓄積在大腦可引起運(yùn)動障礙、肌張力增高和震顫麻痹等一系列帕金森樣綜合征,并且呈不可逆進(jìn)行性發(fā)展~([1-3])。目前國內(nèi)外關(guān)于慢性錳中毒的機(jī)制尚未闡明,且對該疾病亦無特效的治療方法。動物實(shí)驗(yàn)作為機(jī)制研究的重要手段應(yīng)用廣泛,本文就近期錳中毒實(shí)驗(yàn)研究中有關(guān)動物模型的文獻(xiàn)資料作綜述。
[Abstract]:Positive manganese is one of the essential trace elements in the body, but excessive manganese accumulation in the brain can lead to a series of Parkinson's syndrome, such as dyskinesia, increased muscle tension and tremor paralysis. At present, the mechanism of chronic manganese poisoning has not been elucidated at home and abroad, and there is no effective treatment for the disease. Animal experiment is widely used as an important means of mechanism research. This paper reviews the literature on animal models in recent experimental studies of manganese poisoning.
