【摘要】：目的分析溫州市瘧疾疫情,為該市瘧疾綜合防治提供參考依據(jù)。方法收集2015年溫州市瘧疾疫情流行病學(xué)資料,采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2015年溫州市共報(bào)告瘧疾病例24例,年發(fā)病率為0.26/10萬,均為境外輸入性病例,無死亡病例,其中間日瘧1例(占4.17%)、惡性瘧20例(占83.33%)、卵形瘧3例(占12.50%)。瑞安、蒼南、鹿城3個(gè)縣(區(qū))病例數(shù)占全市總病例數(shù)的70.83%(17/24);病例主要為男性青壯年;23例(占95.83%)為非洲國家輸入性病例。結(jié)論 2015年溫州市瘧疾疫情相對(duì)穩(wěn)定,無本地瘧疾感染病例報(bào)告,但輸入性病例防治工作需加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the malaria epidemic situation in Wenzhou City, and to provide a reference basis for the integrated malaria control in Wenzhou City. Methods the epidemiological data of malaria epidemic situation in Wenzhou City in 2015 were collected. Results in 2015, 24 cases of malaria were reported in Wenzhou. The annual incidence rate was 0.26 / 100 million. One case of vivax malaria (4.17%), 20 cases of falciparum malaria (83.33%), 3 cases of oval malaria (12.50%). The number of cases in three counties (districts) of Lucheng accounted for 70.833% of the total number of cases in the whole city, and the main cases were 23 cases of male young adults (95.83%) imported from African countries. Conclusion in 2015, the malaria epidemic situation in Wenzhou City was relatively stable, and there were no cases of local malaria infection reported. However, the prevention and treatment of imported cases should be strengthened.
