【摘要】：目的了解廣西肺結(jié)核患者死亡的流行病學(xué)特征及疾病負(fù)擔(dān)。方法從"結(jié)核病信息管理系統(tǒng)(新)"導(dǎo)出2005-2015年廣西的肺結(jié)核死亡病例信息,計(jì)算粗死亡率、標(biāo)化死亡率,分析死亡病例的時(shí)間、人群及空間分布特征,計(jì)算YPLL、YPLLR、SYPLL、AYPLL、WYPLL、AWYPLL,PEL、APEL及VYPLL。結(jié)果 2005-2015年廣西共報(bào)告結(jié)核病患者死亡8076例,年平均死亡率為1.56/10萬(wàn),其中因結(jié)核病死亡2280例(0.44/10萬(wàn))。2008年后全死因死亡及因結(jié)核死亡的死亡率逐年下降,40歲以上均大幅上升。因結(jié)核死亡的年平均標(biāo)化死亡率為0.49/10萬(wàn);死亡率在北部山區(qū)較高(5.93/10萬(wàn)～10.19/10萬(wàn));導(dǎo)致的YPLLR為0.06‰、SYPLL為3071.18人年、AYPLL為18.04人年、AWYPLL為7.25人年,APEL為14.64萬(wàn)元。YPLL、SYPLL、WYPLL、PEL在15歲～及45歲～均較高。結(jié)論廣西肺結(jié)核死亡率逐年下降,山區(qū)及老年患者是預(yù)防結(jié)核死亡的重點(diǎn)人群,中青年的死亡對(duì)家庭及社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)造成的影響最大,也應(yīng)受關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemiological characteristics and disease burden of pulmonary tuberculosis death in Guangxi. Methods from the TB Information Management system (new), we derived the death information of pulmonary tuberculosis from 2005 to 2015 in Guangxi, and calculated the crude mortality rate and standardized mortality rate. The time, population and spatial distribution of death cases were analyzed, and the AYPLL AYPLL AYPLL and VYPLL APEL were calculated. Results A total of 8076 TB deaths were reported in Guangxi from 2005 to 2015, with an average annual mortality rate of 156,600 / 100 000.
