【摘要】：目的了解新疆哈薩克族中小學(xué)生2005—2010年身體形態(tài)變化情況及其原因,為提高哈薩克族中小學(xué)生健康水平提供依據(jù)。方法利用2005年和2010年新疆學(xué)生體質(zhì)調(diào)研資料,對7~18歲哈薩克族學(xué)生身體形態(tài)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2005—2010年新疆哈薩克族中小學(xué)生身體形態(tài)指標(biāo)總體呈增長趨勢,與2005年比較,2010年新疆哈薩克族男生7~18歲年齡組平均身高、體重、胸圍分別增長0.7 cm、0.3 kg、-1.0 cm,女生分別平均增長1.1 cm、1.0 kg、0.9 cm;身體形態(tài)各項指標(biāo)8~17歲年齡段差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論2005—2010年新疆哈薩克族中小學(xué)生身體形態(tài)指標(biāo)總體上增長,但是身體形態(tài)各項指標(biāo)上多數(shù)年齡段比2005年同類指標(biāo)出現(xiàn)下降,影響下降的主要因素有學(xué)校因素、家庭因素和學(xué)生自身因素等。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the changes of physical morphology of Kazak primary and middle school students in Xinjiang from 2005 to 2010 and to provide the basis for improving the health level of Kazakh primary and middle school students. Methods the physical constitution of primary and middle school students in Xinjiang was investigated on 2005 and 2010. Results the body morphological indexes of Kazakh primary and middle school students in Xinjiang from 2005 to 2010 showed an increasing trend. Compared with 2005, the average height and weight of Kazakh boys aged 718 years in Xinjiang on 2010 were analyzed. The increase of chest circumference was 0.7 cm ~ (-1) cm ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) cm, and the average increase of female students was 1.1 cm ~ (-1) kg ~ (-1) ~ (0.9 cm) respectively. There were significant differences in body shape between 8 ~ 17 years old age group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion the body shape index of Kazak primary and middle school students in Xinjiang from 2005 to 2010 increased generally. However, most of the age groups showed a decrease compared with the similar indexes in 2005. The main factors affecting the decline were school factors, family factors and students' own factors.
