【摘要】：[目的]對(duì)黃浦區(qū)放射診療機(jī)構(gòu)中X射線防護(hù)服配置種類、分布、管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,指導(dǎo)放射診療機(jī)構(gòu)正確管理X射線防護(hù)服,提高受檢者使用X射線防護(hù)服的意愿,保護(hù)放射診療工作人員和受檢者的健康安全。[方法]以問卷調(diào)查以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查方式對(duì)黃浦區(qū)放射診療機(jī)構(gòu)X射線防護(hù)服的配置、使用和管理狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查。[結(jié)果]黃浦區(qū)共有放射診療機(jī)構(gòu)99戶,X射線機(jī)房252間,配備的X射線防護(hù)服773件,其中防護(hù)帽238件,防護(hù)圍脖213件,防護(hù)裙150件,防護(hù)背心78件、防護(hù)巾94件。773件X射線防護(hù)服中,使用時(shí)間≤5年的有467件,占總數(shù)的60.4%,其中三級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)使用時(shí)間≤5年的有164件,高于二級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的87件(χ2=6.047,P0.05)和民營(yíng)及個(gè)體的152件(χ2=24.259,P0.05)。該區(qū)放射診療機(jī)構(gòu)均未對(duì)使用5年以上的X射線防護(hù)服進(jìn)行檢查;對(duì)X射線防護(hù)服開展清潔和消毒的機(jī)構(gòu)55家,占機(jī)構(gòu)總數(shù)的55.6%,民營(yíng)及個(gè)體開展清潔和消毒的戶數(shù)有43家(66.2%),高于二級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的3家(23.1%,P0.05);與一級(jí)和三級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。采用懸掛方式放置防護(hù)衣的機(jī)構(gòu)39家,占機(jī)構(gòu)總數(shù)的39.4%,其中民營(yíng)及個(gè)體有32家,與二級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的1家比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),與一級(jí)和三級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。X射線防護(hù)服使用率只有25.0%。[結(jié)論]黃浦區(qū)放射診療機(jī)構(gòu)配備的X射線防護(hù)服數(shù)量符合要求,但有部分X射線防護(hù)服使用時(shí)間較長(zhǎng),不僅未開展檢查且也未按照正確方式放置,X射線防護(hù)服使用率較低。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the types, distribution and management status of X-ray protective clothing in radiology diagnosis and treatment institutions in Huangpu District, and to guide the radiology institutions to manage the X ray protective clothing correctly, and to improve the willingness of the subjects to use the X ray protective clothing. To protect the health and safety of radiology workers and patients. [methods] the allocation of X-ray protective clothing for radiology diagnosis and treatment institutions in Huangpu District was carried out by questionnaire survey and on-site examination. [results] in Huangpu District, there were 99 X-ray machine rooms in 99 units, 773 of which were equipped with protective clothing, including 238 protective caps, 213 protective necks, 150 protective skirts and 78 protective vests. Of the 94 pieces, 773 pieces of X-ray protective clothing, 467 pieces were used for less than 5 years, accounting for 60.4% of the total, among which 164 pieces were used by tertiary medical institutions for less than 5 years. It was higher than 87 pieces in level-II medical institutions (蠂 ~ (2) 6.047) and 152 (蠂 ~ (2)) and private individuals (蠂 ~ (2)) (蠂 ~ (2)). No X-ray protective clothing with more than 5 years' use was examined in radiology and treatment institutions in this area, 55 of them were cleaned and disinfected by X-ray protective clothing. Of the total number of institutions, 55.6, 43 private and individual households carrying out cleaning and disinfection, which is higher than the 3 of the second-level medical institutions (23.1g / P0.05), have no statistical significance compared with the first-level and third-level medical institutions. There are 39 institutions that use hanging methods to place protective clothing. 39.4% of the total number of institutions, including 32 private and individual, compared with the second level of medical institutions, the difference is statistically significant, compared with the first and third level of medical institutions, The difference was not statistically significant. The utilization rate of X-ray protective clothing was 25.0. [conclusion] the number of X-ray protective clothing provided by radiology diagnosis and treatment institutions in Huangpu District met the requirements, but some of the X-ray protective clothing were used for a long time. The rate of use of X-ray protective clothing was low.
