不同刪失比例下AFT模型與Cox模型表現(xiàn)比較的模擬研究

【摘要】:目的評價當生存數(shù)據(jù)出現(xiàn)不同刪失比例的條件下,AFT模型和Cox模型的表現(xiàn)優(yōu)劣。方法采用自編SAS宏程序模擬不同參數(shù)設置、不同比例均勻刪失的Weibull分布,分別采用AFT模型和Cox模型對模擬產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)進行擬合,并從偏倚、準確性和覆蓋程度三個指標對兩個模型的表現(xiàn)進行評價。結果在分布參數(shù)和自變量效應值固定的情況下,AFT模型在參數(shù)估計偏倚和準確性兩方面的表現(xiàn)卻始終優(yōu)于Cox模型。刪失比例越大,AFT模型的表現(xiàn)相對而言越優(yōu)異。而在覆蓋程度方面,對于相同參數(shù)設置及刪失比例的模擬數(shù)據(jù),兩個模型的表現(xiàn)相似。結論 AFT模型的總體表現(xiàn)優(yōu)于Cox模型,當刪失生存數(shù)據(jù)同時滿足兩類模型的應用條件時,應該優(yōu)先選擇偏倚更小、準確性更高的AFT模型進行分析。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the performance of the Cox model and the Cox model under the condition of different censored ratios of survival data. Methods SAS macro program was used to simulate the distribution of Weibull with different parameters and different proportion evenly censored. AFT model and Cox model were used to fit the simulated data, and the bias was analyzed. The performance of the two models was evaluated by three indexes of accuracy and coverage. Results the performance of the AFT model was always better than that of the parameter estimation bias and accuracy when the distribution parameters and the effect values of independent variables were fixed. Cox model. The larger the censored ratio is, the better the performance of the model is. However, in terms of coverage, For the simulated data of the same parameter setting and deletion ratio, the performance of the two models is similar. Conclusion the overall performance of the AFT model is better than that of the Cox model. When the censored survival data satisfy the application conditions of the two models, AFT models with less bias and higher accuracy should be preferred for analysis.
