【摘要】：目的通過調(diào)查2015年甘肅省裕固族中小學(xué)生的生長發(fā)育情況,探討該目標(biāo)人群生長發(fā)育的動態(tài),為提高裕固族中小學(xué)生身體健康水平提供依據(jù)。方法采用整群抽樣的方法,對甘肅省肅南裕固族自治縣第二中學(xué)223名9~17歲的裕固族中小學(xué)生身高、體重及其他相關(guān)身體發(fā)育指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測量分析。結(jié)果 2015年裕固族中小學(xué)生,12~、13~、14~、15~歲組男女生身高均顯著低于2014年全國平均水平;12~歲以上組男生體重均低于2014年全國平均水平,12~歲以上組(17~歲組除外)女生體重均低于2014年全國平均水平,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。男生中重度消瘦、輕度消瘦、超重和肥胖所占比例分別為0.81%、9.68%、10.48%和0.81%;女生分別為5.05%、1.01%,8.08%和1.01%。男女生的營養(yǎng)狀況比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。男女生營養(yǎng)不良發(fā)生率分別為10.4%和6.0%;超重/肥胖所占比例分別為11.3%和10.%。男女生的營養(yǎng)不良發(fā)生率和超重/肥胖比例比較差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論裕固族中小學(xué)生生長發(fā)育狀況與全國2014年的平均水平比較有所差異,營養(yǎng)不良、超重/肥胖學(xué)生占有一定比例,加強(qiáng)營養(yǎng)及健康教育十分必要。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the growth and development of Yugur primary and middle school students in Gansu province in 2015, and to explore the dynamics of the growth and development of the target population, so as to provide the basis for improving the health level of Yugur primary and middle school students. The height of 223 students of the second Middle School of Sunan Yugur Autonomous County, Gansu Province, who are 9 or 17 years old, is the height of the Yugur primary and middle school students. Results in 2015, the height of male and female students in Yugur primary and middle school students was significantly lower than that of 2014, the average level of male students aged 12 ~ above was lower than that of 2014, and the height of male and female students aged 15 to 15 was significantly lower than that of Chinese average in 2014. The average body weight of girls was lower than the national average in 2014. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The proportions of overweight and obesity were 0.81% and 0.81%, 5.051.01% and 1.01%, respectively. There was no significant difference in nutritional status between boys and girls (P 0.05). The incidence of malnutrition was 10.4% and 6.0 in male and female, respectively. There was no significant difference in malnutrition rate and overweight / obesity ratio between male and female students in 11.3% and 10.0.Conclusion the growth and development status of Yugur primary and middle school students is different from the average level in 2014. Malnutrition, overweight / obesity students account for a certain proportion, it is necessary to strengthen nutrition and health education.
