【摘要】：目的通過分析江西省輸入性瘧疾病例診斷和報(bào)告情況,為指導(dǎo)消除瘧疾階段的疾病監(jiān)測工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法通過傳染病報(bào)告信息管理系統(tǒng)和寄生蟲病防治信息管理系統(tǒng),收集2012-2015年江西省報(bào)告的瘧疾疫情和個(gè)案數(shù)據(jù),采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法分析瘧疾病例的初次就診(以下簡稱初診)單位、實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測單位、報(bào)告單位、診斷方式、發(fā)病到初診時(shí)間、初診到報(bào)告時(shí)間和發(fā)病到報(bào)告時(shí)間等,評價(jià)消除瘧疾階段瘧疾病例管理的質(zhì)量。結(jié)果 2012-2015年江西省共報(bào)告207例瘧疾病例,均為輸入性病例,以實(shí)驗(yàn)室診斷為主(96.62%,200/207)。病例初診單位主要為縣級(29.95%,62/207)和地市級醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)(25.60%,53/207);病例實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測單位主要為地市級醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)(36.27%,73/207)和縣級疾病預(yù)防控制機(jī)構(gòu)(20.29%,42/207),不同年份間實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測單位構(gòu)成比具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);發(fā)病到初診時(shí)間中位數(shù)為1 d(0~149 d),初診到報(bào)告時(shí)間中位數(shù)為3 d(0~144 d),發(fā)病到報(bào)告時(shí)間中位數(shù)為5 d(0~149 d)。結(jié)論江西省瘧疾病例初診和實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測單位較多集中在市、縣級醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the diagnosis and report of imported malaria cases in Jiangxi Province so as to provide scientific basis for disease surveillance in the stage of malaria elimination. Methods through the information management system for infectious disease reporting and the information management system for the prevention and control of parasitic diseases, To collect the malaria epidemic situation and case data reported in Jiangxi Province from 2012 to 2015, and to analyze the first visit units, laboratory detection units, reporting units and diagnostic methods of malaria cases by descriptive epidemiological method. The quality of malaria case management in the phase of malaria elimination was evaluated. Results 207 malaria cases were reported in Jiangxi Province from 2012 to 2015, all of them were imported cases. Laboratory diagnosis is the main unit of laboratory diagnosis: 96.62g / 2070.The first diagnosis unit is mainly county level (29.95 / 207) and prefecture-level medical institutions (25.60,605 / 207m); case laboratory testing units are mainly prefecture-level medical institutions (36.2770 / 207) and county-level organizations for disease prevention and control (20.29m / 42207g / 207) and in different years the laboratory tests are carried out in different years. The detection unit composition ratio was statistically significant (P 0.05), the median time from onset to first diagnosis was 1 day 0 to 149 d, the median of first diagnosis to report time was 3 days 0 to 144 d, and the median of onset to reporting time was 5 days to 0 0 to 149 days. Conclusion the diagnosis and practice of malaria cases in Jiangxi Province. Most of the inspection units in the inspection room are concentrated in the city. County level medical institutions.
