【摘要】：目的了解貴州省北部農(nóng)村地區(qū)兒童燒燙傷現(xiàn)狀及其家長關(guān)于兒童燒燙傷知識、信念、行為水平,分析影響KAP得分的因素。方法采用多階段整群隨機抽樣方法抽取585戶農(nóng)村家庭進行調(diào)查;利用訪談提綱,分別對40名中學(xué)生和40名小學(xué)生進行小組深度訪談。結(jié)果中小學(xué)生燒燙傷發(fā)生率為5.88%,留守兒童燒燙傷發(fā)生率(9.18%)高于非留守兒童(4.19%);家長燒燙傷的行為總正確率為61.82%;單因分析顯示,不同文化程度的監(jiān)護人兒童燒燙傷知識得分為:小學(xué)及以下(6.07±1.57),初中(6.19±1.39),高中(6.31±1.67),大專及以上(7.79±0.80);初中組的學(xué)生知識得分(6.27±1.50)高于小學(xué)組(5.99±1.47);留守兒童關(guān)于燒燙傷的知識得分(5.97±1.46)低于非留守兒童(6.29±1.50)。多元線性回歸分析顯示,家長關(guān)于兒童燒燙傷KAP得分的影響因素主要是監(jiān)護人文化程度、學(xué)生年級和兒童留守與否(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化β值分別為0.126,0.099,-0.088,P均0.05)。定性訪談反映兒童從家長方面學(xué)到的燒燙傷預(yù)防知識及急救技能不足。結(jié)論預(yù)防兒童非故意燒燙傷的發(fā)生,需加強對兒童和家長的健康教育和培訓(xùn)力度,普及傷害相關(guān)知識,提高兒童和家長的傷害認(rèn)知水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of children's burns in rural areas of northern Guizhou Province and their parents' knowledge, beliefs and behavior level about children's burns and scalds. Methods 585 rural families were investigated by multi-stage cluster random sampling, and the outline of interviews was used to analyze the factors affecting KAP scores. Group in-depth interviews were conducted among 40 middle school students and 40 primary school students respectively. Results the incidence of burn and scald in primary and middle school students was 5.88, and the incidence rate of burn and scalding in left-behind children was 9.18), which was higher than that of non-left-behind children 4.19%, the total correct rate of parents' burning and scalding was 61.82%. The scores of burn and scald knowledge of guardian children with different education levels were 6.07 鹵1.57 in primary school, 6.19 鹵1.39 in junior high school, 6.31 鹵1.67 in senior middle school, 7.79 鹵0.80 in junior high school, 6.27 鹵1.50 in junior high school group, 5.99 鹵1.47 in primary school group, and 5.99 鹵1.47 in left-behind children. 5.97 鹵1.46) was lower than that of non-left-behind children (6.29 鹵1.50). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that, The main factors influencing the KAP scores of children with burns and scalds were the educational level of guardians. The standardized 尾 values were 0.126% 0.099 ~ 0.088% (P < 0.05). The qualitative interviews showed that the knowledge of prevention of burn and scalding and the skills of first aid were not enough. Conclusion the occurrence of unintentional burn in children was prevented. It is necessary to strengthen health education and training for children and parents, popularize injury related knowledge, and improve children's and parents' awareness of injury.
