基于ICMM評估法的中國采石業(yè)健康風(fēng)險評估探索

【摘要】:采石企業(yè)的主要職業(yè)健康危害因素是粉塵和噪聲,ICMM法是國際通用的評估化學(xué)因素、粉塵和物理因素等多種健康危害因素的風(fēng)險評估方法。針對采石場工人職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險缺乏評估方法的現(xiàn)狀,對武穴市5家采石場的粉塵和噪聲進行采樣分析,并基于ICMM法提出相對應(yīng)采石場工人的健康風(fēng)險評價。結(jié)果表明:爆破區(qū)和破碎區(qū)的重點操作崗位接觸的噪聲強度及粉塵濃度超標率為100%;可能導(dǎo)致的噪聲聾和塵肺風(fēng)險值均超過400,為不可容忍風(fēng)險水平。因此,建議從改進生產(chǎn)工藝、增加工程防護措施、職業(yè)健康管理措施三方面進行風(fēng)險管理;ICMM評估結(jié)果與生產(chǎn)性粉塵作業(yè)分級的評估結(jié)果基本一致,表明ICMM法適用于我國采石業(yè)工人職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險評估。
[Abstract]:The main occupational health hazard factors in quarrying enterprises are dust and noise ICMM method, which is an international common evaluation chemical factor. Risk assessment method of many kinds of health hazard factors such as dust and physical factors. Aiming at the present situation of workers' occupational health risk in quarry, the dust and noise of 5 quarries in Wucao City were sampled and analyzed. Based on the ICMM method, the health risk assessment of quarry workers is presented. The results show that the noise intensity and dust concentration in the key operation positions in blasting area and broken area are 100, and the noise deafness and pneumoconiosis may be caused. The risk values are above 400, which are intolerable risk levels. It is suggested that the ICMM evaluation results from three aspects of improving the production process, increasing the engineering protection measures and occupational health management measures are basically consistent with the results of the classification of productive dust operations. The results show that ICMM method is suitable for occupational health risk assessment of quarrying workers in China.
