南昌市部分兒童全血鉛砷鎘等元素含量及其影響因素

【摘要】:為了解南昌市兒童體內(nèi)鉛、砷、鎘含量的分布情況及其影響因素,于2014年采集南昌市近郊3所小學(xué)8~10歲共176名兒童的靜脈血,采用電感耦合等離子質(zhì)譜法(ICP-MS)測(cè)定兒童全血中鉛、砷、鎘、鈣、鐵、鋅、錳、硒、銅的含量。結(jié)果顯示,兒童血鉛的中位數(shù)為47.00μg/L(范圍:1.75~253.00μg/L),鉛中毒(≥100μg/L)率為17.61%;血砷的中位數(shù)為6.30μg/L(范圍:1.20~390.33μg/L);血鎘檢出11人(檢出限為0.009 5μg/L),中位數(shù)為3.77μg/L(范圍:2.39~19.04μg/L),有3例兒童超標(biāo)(5μg/L)。男童血鉛含量高于女童(P=0.028),男女童血砷、血鎘含量差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。經(jīng)多重線性逐步回歸分析顯示,兒童血鉛與血砷呈正相關(guān),與血錳呈負(fù)相關(guān);兒童血砷與家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)。提示被調(diào)查地區(qū)兒童存在血鉛、血鎘超標(biāo)現(xiàn)象,元素之間的相互關(guān)系也應(yīng)受到關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the distribution of lead, arsenic and cadmium in children in Nanchang city and its influencing factors, the venous blood samples of 176 children aged from 8 to 10 years old in 3 primary schools in the suburbs of Nanchang city were collected in 2014.
