【摘要】：目的評價吉林省產(chǎn)科新生兒預(yù)防接種信息管理系統(tǒng)(Obstetric Neonatal Immunization Information Management System,ONIIMS)的建立及運轉(zhuǎn)情況。方法通過使用瀏覽器/服務(wù)器架構(gòu),建立ONIIMS平臺,實現(xiàn)吉林省276個產(chǎn)科預(yù)防接種單位用戶和70個疾病預(yù)防控制機構(gòu)系統(tǒng)管理用戶對產(chǎn)科新生兒預(yù)防接種個案信息的管理。將全省產(chǎn)科新生兒預(yù)防接種個案信息推送至全省1 071個預(yù)防接種單位客戶端系統(tǒng),完成平臺和客戶端之間數(shù)據(jù)的動態(tài)更新。結(jié)果經(jīng)過1.5年的運行,全省276個(100%)產(chǎn)科預(yù)防接種單位使用ONIIMS,其中205個(74.28%)產(chǎn)科接種單位共完成252 984名新生兒建檔,5日及時建檔率為78.24%,5日個案及時審核率為82.57%。產(chǎn)科卡介苗接種率為89.46%,首劑乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗24小時內(nèi)及時接種率為93.36%,新生兒母親乙肝病毒表面抗原陽性率為3.89%,新生兒乙肝免疫球蛋白接種率為3.43%。結(jié)論吉林省ONIIMS的實施提高了新生兒預(yù)防接種信息采集的完整性、準(zhǔn)確性、及時性,與預(yù)防接種單位客戶端實現(xiàn)了無縫鏈接,實現(xiàn)了省內(nèi)流動兒童異地接種的數(shù)據(jù)共享。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the establishment and operation of Obstetric Neonatal Immunization Information Management system (ONIIMS) in Jilin Province. Methods ONIIMS platform was established by using browser / server architecture. Realizing the systematic management of 276 obstetrical inoculation units and 70 disease prevention and control institutions in Jilin province. The information of obstetric newborn vaccination cases is pushed forward to the whole province. To the client system of 1,071 vaccination units throughout the province, Complete the dynamic update of the data between the platform and the client. The result has been running for 1.5 years, ONIIMS was used in 276 obstetrical vaccination units, of which 205 were 74.28. A total of 252,984 newborns were filed by obstetrical vaccination units. In 5th, the timely establishment rate was 78.24.The timely examination rate of 5th cases was 82.57.The rate of obstetric BCG vaccination was 89.46 and the first dose of B was 89.46. The timely vaccination rate of hepatitis B vaccine in 24 hours was 93.366.The positive rate of hepatitis B virus surface antigen in newborn mothers was 3.89, and the coverage rate of hepatitis B immunoglobulin in newborns was 3.43.Conclusion the implementation of ONIIMS in Jilin Province has improved the prevention of newborns. Integrity of vaccination information collection, Accuracy, timeliness, and vaccination unit client to achieve seamless link, to achieve the flow of children in the province to share the data.
