【摘要】：目的分析南寧市首例人感染H7N9禽流感病例的流行病學(xué)特征,對(duì)采取的防控對(duì)策進(jìn)行總結(jié)。方法運(yùn)用描述性流行病學(xué)方法對(duì)病例、密切接觸者、可疑暴露者開(kāi)展流行病學(xué)調(diào)查,相關(guān)標(biāo)本采用RT-PCR方法進(jìn)行H7N9病毒核酸檢測(cè)。評(píng)價(jià)疫情防控措施效果。結(jié)果南寧市首例人感染H7N9禽流感病例在AZJ農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)從事活禽販賣宰殺工作,2017年2月18日確診,2月19日搶救無(wú)效死亡,感染途徑可能為禽到人或禽到環(huán)境到人。疫情發(fā)生后南寧市啟動(dòng)Ⅲ級(jí)應(yīng)急響應(yīng),落實(shí)各項(xiàng)防控對(duì)策,未出現(xiàn)二代病例。結(jié)論南寧市首例人感染H7N9禽流感病例屬于散發(fā)病例,未發(fā)生人間傳播,Ⅲ級(jí)應(yīng)急響應(yīng)防控對(duì)策有效控制了疫情的擴(kuò)散。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of the first human infection with H7N9 avian influenza in Nanning, and to summarize the preventive and control measures taken. Methods Epidemiological investigation was carried out among the cases, close contacts and suspicious exposures by descriptive epidemiological methods. RT-PCR method was used to detect H7N9 virus nucleic acid and to evaluate the effect of prevention and control measures. Results the first human case of H7N9 avian influenza was sold and slaughtered in AZJ farmers' market in February 18th 2017. Died in February 19th.
