【摘要】：作為易感人群,胎兒和孕婦對環(huán)境污染物的暴露情況和暴露風險問題持續(xù)受到人們的關(guān)注。胎糞是一種采集無創(chuàng)性、具有積累效應的生物監(jiān)測材料,它在研究和認識環(huán)境有機污染物母嬰傳播、胎兒在宮內(nèi)累積暴露及其疾病關(guān)聯(lián)等方面具有重要意義。該文在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎上,對胎糞中農(nóng)藥、多氯聯(lián)苯、多溴聯(lián)苯醚、鄰苯二甲酸酯和新興污染物等的含量、人體暴露水平及其疾病關(guān)聯(lián)方面進行了綜述,并對今后我國在胎糞中污染物檢測及其健康風險等研究進行了展望。
[Abstract]:As a susceptible population, the exposure of fetuses and pregnant women to environmental pollutants and exposure risks have been continuously concerned. Meconium is a non-invasive collection of biological monitoring materials with cumulative effect. It plays an important role in the study and understanding of the transmission of environmental organic pollutants from mother to child, the cumulative exposure of fetuses in the uterus and the association of diseases, etc. In this paper, the pesticide in meconium, PCBs, and PCBs in meconium were summarized on the basis of the relevant studies at home and abroad. The contents of polybrominated diphenyl ethers, phthalates and emerging pollutants, human exposure levels and their disease association are reviewed. The future studies on the detection of pollutants in meconium and their health risks in China are prospected.
