【摘要】：[目的]了解上海鐵路局管轄范圍內(nèi)兩類公共場所衛(wèi)生狀況及主要問題,探索影響因素。[方法]收集2011—2013年上海市鐵路局管轄范圍內(nèi)車站候車室(6個)、旅客列車(35組普通列車、29組動車、15組高鐵)9項衛(wèi)生指標(biāo)(溫度、PM10等)的歷史監(jiān)測資料,并對上海鐵路局疾病預(yù)防控制中心衛(wèi)生監(jiān)測人員、車站和列車衛(wèi)生管理人員共29名進行關(guān)鍵知情人訪談,了解衛(wèi)生狀況的影響因素。[結(jié)果]車站候車室三年總合格率為89.01%,但呈逐年下降趨勢,上海虹橋站合格率最高(98.96%),昆山南站最低(80.00%);主要問題為溫度、噪聲合格率低(分別65.29%、74.12%)。旅客列車三年總合格率為90.05%,但呈下降趨勢,高鐵合格率最高(94.81%),動車合格率最低(87.22%);主要問題為溫度合格率低(59.72%)。訪談結(jié)果顯示:是否設(shè)置吸煙區(qū)、進行集中空調(diào)監(jiān)測以及開展清洗消毒與否等為室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量的影響因素。[結(jié)論]上海鐵路局管轄范圍內(nèi)兩類公共場所三年衛(wèi)生狀況良好,主要問題指標(biāo)基本一致。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the sanitary status and main problems of two kinds of public places under the jurisdiction of Shanghai Railway Administration, To explore the influencing factors. [methods] to collect the historical monitoring data of 9 health indexes (temperature, PM10, etc.) in the waiting rooms of stations within the jurisdiction of Shanghai Railway Administration from 2011 to 2013 (6 passenger trains, 35 ordinary trains, 29 ordinary trains, 15 high-speed trains, etc.). At the same time, a total of 29 key insiders were interviewed by the Health Surveillance staff of the Centers for Disease Prevention and Control of the Shanghai Railway Administration and the health management staff of the stations and trains. To understand the influencing factors of sanitary condition. [results] the total qualified rate of the waiting room for three years is 89.01, but it is decreasing year by year. Shanghai Hongqiao Station has the highest qualified rate of 98.960.The Kunshan South Station has the lowest qualification rate of 80.000.The main problem is temperature. The total qualified rate of passenger trains in three years is 90.05, but it is in a downward trend. The highest qualified rate of high-speed trains is 94.81 and the lowest pass rate of high-speed trains is 87.222.The main problem is the low temperature pass rate of 59.72%. The results of the interview show that whether smoking areas should be set up, Central air conditioning monitoring and cleaning and disinfection are the influencing factors of indoor air quality. [conclusion] the hygienic condition of the two kinds of public places in Shanghai Railway Bureau is good for three years, and the main problem indexes are basically the same.
