【摘要】：目的研究深圳市低出生體重的影響因素,采取有效措施預(yù)防和減少低出生體重的發(fā)生率。方法采用1∶1配對病例對照的研究方法,對2012年4~11月間在深圳市具有產(chǎn)科資質(zhì)的61家醫(yī)院出生的1 250名低體重出生及其對照組新生兒的母親進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,應(yīng)用Stata 12.0軟件采用t檢驗(yàn)、χ~2檢驗(yàn)及條件Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果孕期增重、胎膜早破、妊娠其他并發(fā)癥、妊娠胎數(shù)、孕檢次數(shù)、妊高征、妊娠間隔、孕期情緒、前置胎盤9個(gè)因素與低出生體重發(fā)生相關(guān)(均有P0.05)。結(jié)論深圳市低出生體重的影響因素為多層面,包含了社會(huì)人口學(xué)特征、孕產(chǎn)期健康情況及生活環(huán)境與生活習(xí)慣等,應(yīng)關(guān)注重點(diǎn)人群的健康教育,督促孕婦規(guī)律產(chǎn)檢,及時(shí)處理產(chǎn)科合并癥及并發(fā)癥,提倡孕期科學(xué)營養(yǎng),合理增重,注重孕期的心理保健,從而降低活產(chǎn)低出生體重的發(fā)生率,提高出生人口質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the influencing factors of low birth weight in Shenzhen and to take effective measures to prevent and reduce the incidence of low birth weight. A questionnaire survey was conducted between 2012 and November among 1 250 low weight newborns born in 61 hospitals with obstetrical qualification in Shenzhen and their control group. Using Stata 12.0 software, t test, 蠂 2 test and conditional Logistic regression analysis were used. Results weight gain during pregnancy, premature rupture of membranes, other complications of pregnancy, number of pregnancies, number of pregnancy tests, pregnancy induced hypertension, interval of pregnancy, mood during pregnancy, Nine factors of placenta previa were associated with the occurrence of low birth weight (all P0.050.Conclusion the influencing factors of low birth weight in Shenzhen are multi-level, including social demographic characteristics, health status during pregnancy and childbirth, living environment and living habits, etc. We should pay attention to the health education of the key population, urge pregnant women to have regular birth examination, deal with complications and complications in time, promote scientific nutrition during pregnancy, increase weight reasonably, pay attention to mental health care during pregnancy, so as to reduce the incidence of low birth weight in live birth. Improve the quality of the birth population.
