【摘要】：目的采用梯度劑量放射線照射兔顳下頜關節(jié),動態(tài)觀察研究兔髁狀突的組織學改變。方法取新西蘭兔63只,分為未放療組和放療組,未放療組作為空白對照,不做任何處理,用于收集正常顳下頜關節(jié)資料;放療組兔隨機分為A~F 6個劑量組,采用梯度劑量行顳下頜關節(jié)區(qū)放射,劑量分別為10.8,16.2,21.6,27.0,32.4,37.8Gy,于放療后1,3,6月每組各處死3只,完整切取顳下頜關節(jié),H-E染色后光鏡下觀察兔髁狀突組織學改變。結果放療后髁狀突軟骨纖維層疏松、玻璃樣變性,纖維間的間隙增寬,增殖層細胞變形、排列紊亂,肥大層、增殖層和鈣化軟骨層均有不同程度的變薄,層次不明顯,細胞數(shù)量減少;放療后關節(jié)結構的組織學改變的嚴重程度隨著放療劑量的增大及放療后時間的延長而越趨嚴重,F組的關節(jié)結構破壞最為嚴重,且6月組較1,3月組嚴重。結論放療在早期導致顳下頜關節(jié)在組織學上出現(xiàn)一系列退行性變,且這種改變隨著放療劑量和放療后時間的延長而加重,但期間并未出現(xiàn)關節(jié)強直的組織學改變。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the histological changes of condyle in rabbits with gradient dose radiation. Methods Sixty-three New Zealand rabbits were divided into two groups: the non-radiotherapy group and the radiotherapy group. The rabbits in the radiotherapy group were randomly divided into 6 dose groups of Agna F, with gradient doses of 10.8 ~ 16.21.62 ~ 27.0 ~ 37.8 Gy, respectively, and 3 rabbits died in each group on June, 1 day after radiotherapy, and 3 rabbits in each group were killed in each group. Results the fibrous layer of condylar cartilage was loose, vitreous degeneration, interfibrous space widened, proliferative layer cells deformed, disordered, hypertrophic layer, hypertrophic layer, and hypertrophic layer of condylar chondrocytes were observed under light microscope after complete resection of temporomandibular joint with H-E staining. The proliferation layer and calcified cartilage layer were thinned to some extent, the layers were not obvious, and the number of cells decreased. With the increase of radiation dose and the prolongation of time after radiotherapy, the severity of histological changes of articular structure in group F was more serious than that in group F. Conclusion radiotherapy may cause a series of histologically degenerative changes of TMJ in the early stage of radiotherapy, and this change is aggravated with the prolongation of radiotherapy dose and time after radiotherapy. But there was no histological change in ankylosis during the period.
