【摘要】：目的通過湖北省隨州市辦理健康證的從業(yè)人員抗百日咳毒素IgG(PT-IgG)血清特異性抗體水平檢測,了解該人群百日咳感染率。方法采集辦理健康證的508名17-63歲從業(yè)人員血清標本,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(ELISA)檢測血清抗PT-IgG抗體,采用描述性方法對數(shù)據(jù)進行分析。結(jié)果在508名調(diào)查對象中,抗PT-IgG抗體陽性18名,陽性率為3.54%,幾何平均濃度(GMC)為4.67IU/ml。以27-36歲人群易感性最高,抗體陽性率為4.40%,GMC為3.59IU/ml。各年齡組之間、地區(qū)之間及性別之間抗體陽性率無顯著性差異;幾何平均濃度(GMC)在地區(qū)之間及性別之間無顯著性差異,但在各年齡組之間有顯著性差異。結(jié)論 2016年湖北省隨州市辦理健康證的從業(yè)人員百日咳感染率高,應(yīng)該引起重視,防止百日咳的傳播流行。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of pertussis in the population by detecting the serum specific antibody level of pertussis toxin IgG- PT-IgG among employees of health certificate management in Suizhou City, Hubei Province. Methods 508 healthy persons aged 17 to 63 years old were collected. Elisa was used to detect serum anti PT-IgG antibody, and descriptive method was used to analyze the data. Results among 508 subjects, 18 were positive for anti PT-IgG antibody. The positive rate was 3.54 and the geometric mean concentration (GMC) was 4.67 IU / ml. The susceptible rate was the highest in the population aged 27-36, and the positive rate of antibody was 4.40U / ml. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of antibody among different age groups, regions and sex. There was no significant difference in geometric mean concentration (GMC) between regions and between sexes, but there were significant differences among different age groups. Conclusion in 2016, the pertussis infection rate of employees in Suizhou City, Hubei Province, was high, which should be paid more attention to. To prevent the spread of whooping cough.
