【摘要】：[目的]了解紹興市售海產(chǎn)品中常見必需微量元素和有毒重金屬的污染水平,為建立海產(chǎn)品中元素污染物數(shù)據(jù)庫提供依據(jù)。[方法]采用微波消解-電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法抽樣檢測了市售海魚、海水甲殼和海水軟體三類共70份海產(chǎn)品中鉛(Pb)、鎘(Cd)、汞(Hg)、砷(As)、銅(Cu)、鋅(Zn)、鎳(Ni)、鉻(Cr)、鋁(Al)、錫(Sn)、銻(Sb)和16種稀土元素共27種元素的質(zhì)量分數(shù)(以下簡稱"含量"),依據(jù)相關(guān)國家標準評價部分元素的超標情況。[結(jié)果]魚類和甲殼類均以Zn的含量最高,中位值分別為4.84和19.3 mg/kg,軟體類以Al含量最高,中位值為21.0 mg/kg;甲殼類和軟體類均以Sn的含量最低,魚類中Sb的含量最低,中位值均為0.001 5 mg/kg;除錫和鉛外,魚類中另外9種非稀土元素含量均明顯低于甲殼類和軟體類;甲殼類和軟體類Cd的超標率分別為40.0%和5.0%。甲殼類和軟體類中16種稀土元素均以鈰(Ce)的含量最高,中位值分別為15.8和115.7μg/kg;魚類中稀土元素以鑭(La)的含量最高,中位值為1.15μg/kg。[結(jié)論]2015年紹興市售海產(chǎn)品中有害元素的總體污染水平較低,但甲殼類中Cd污染較嚴重,需繼續(xù)加強監(jiān)測并采取適當控制措施。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the pollution level of common essential trace elements and toxic heavy metals in seafood sold in Shaoxing City, [methods] the microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) were used to sample and detect marketable marine fish. A total of 70 samples of marine products from seawater crustaceans and sea water mollusks are composed of 70 parts of marine products, consisting of Pb PbPb, CD / CD, Hg HgN, as ~ (2 +), Cu ~ (2 +) (Cu), Zn ~ (2 +), Ni ~ (2 +), Ni ~ (2 +), Cr ~ (2 +), Al ~ (2 +) _ (AlN), Sn ~ (2 +) Sn ~ (2 +), SB ~ ((b)) and 16 rare earth elements ("content"), according to the correlation.
