【摘要】：目的了解深圳城市居民的梅毒知識知曉情況及相關(guān)影響因素,為制定梅毒防控策略提供參考。方法采用多階段抽樣法,選擇深圳4個行政區(qū)中12個社區(qū)為調(diào)查點,以符合納入標準的城市居民為調(diào)查對象,采用中國疾病預防控制中心性病控制中心設計的"梅毒預防知識知曉率調(diào)查問卷"進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果共調(diào)查城市居民630人,收回有效問卷617份,有效率97.94%。納入統(tǒng)計的城市居民中,對梅毒防治知識知曉的人數(shù)437人,知曉率70.83%[95%可信區(qū)間(CI):67.24%~74.42%]。梅毒防治知識8條題目的準確回答率最高為91.25%,最低為61.43%。居民獲取梅毒防治知識的主要途徑分別是電視(66.28%)、宣傳活動(54.29%)、宣傳資料(42.46%)和網(wǎng)絡(41.33%)。多因素回歸分析顯示,城市居民文化水平越高、參加宣傳活動和性病相關(guān)知識講座者,其知曉率較高(P0.05)。結(jié)論深圳城市居民梅毒知識知曉率較低,需通過多種途徑加強梅毒知識宣傳,提高梅毒防范意識,減少梅毒的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge of syphilis among urban residents in Shenzhen and its related influencing factors, and to provide a reference for the formulation of syphilis prevention and control strategy. Methods Multi-stage sampling method was used to select 12 communities in 4 administrative districts of Shenzhen as the investigation points. A survey was conducted on urban residents who met the inclusion criteria. The questionnaire on knowledge of syphilis prevention was designed by the STD Control Center of the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The results showed that 630 urban residents were surveyed. 617 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective rate was 97.94.There were 437 people who knew about syphilis prevention and treatment among the urban residents who were included in the statistics. The awareness rate was 70.83% [95% CI: 67.24] .The accurate answers to 8 questions of syphilis prevention and treatment were 91.25% and 61.43% respectively. The main ways for residents to acquire the knowledge of syphilis prevention and cure were TV 66.2828, propaganda activities 54.29, propaganda materials 42.4646) and Internet 41.3335. The main ways for residents to acquire the knowledge of syphilis prevention and cure were 66.2828%, 54.29%, 42.4646%) and 41.33% respectively. The prime regression analysis showed that, The higher the cultural level of urban residents, the higher the awareness rate of those who participated in publicity activities and STDs related knowledge lectures. Conclusion the rate of knowledge about syphilis among urban residents in Shenzhen is lower, so it is necessary to strengthen syphilis knowledge propaganda through various ways. To raise the awareness of syphilis prevention and reduce the incidence of syphilis.
