我國國民食育狀況調(diào)查與提高的研究

【摘要】:人們生活水平不斷提高的同時(shí),過去的一些飲食觀念卻仍然影響著人們的擇食傾向,導(dǎo)致了人們健康水平的下降以及一些慢性病的發(fā)生,越來越多的人希望通過飲食提高自己的身體素質(zhì)和生活質(zhì)量,本研究通過問卷調(diào)查,了解目前國民的飲食觀念狀況和飲食行為狀況,分析影響國民食育狀況的因素,針對(duì)影響因素提出措施,提高國民的食育水平。 本文通過調(diào)查問卷的方式獲取數(shù)據(jù),然后對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,,研究目前我國國民的食育狀況,結(jié)果表明,人們對(duì)營養(yǎng)知識(shí)、安全知識(shí)、烹調(diào)方法知識(shí)掌握的非常少,有的人能夠?qū)Ω鞣N營養(yǎng)素的攝入量做出正確選擇,但憑借的并不是掌握的營養(yǎng)知識(shí)、安全知識(shí)、烹調(diào)方法知識(shí)而是通過自己的個(gè)人飲食習(xí)慣和從小受家庭尤其是母親的影響來做出食物選擇,有的人對(duì)各種營養(yǎng)素的攝入量嚴(yán)重低于或者嚴(yán)重高于平衡膳食寶塔推薦的攝入量,并作為自己日常飲食的主要內(nèi)容,這為身體健康埋下了安全隱患,調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示在我國推行食育迫在眉睫。 本文根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)資料的分析和實(shí)證研究,完善了食育的內(nèi)容,不僅強(qiáng)調(diào)飲食觀念的教育,更強(qiáng)調(diào)如何將這種飲食觀念變?yōu)榭茖W(xué)的飲食行為,因此本文提出從幼兒開始就培養(yǎng)孩子的良好飲食習(xí)慣,之后在小學(xué)、大學(xué)不斷深入、鞏固食育的教育、完善現(xiàn)有居民的飲食行為再加上政府和法律法規(guī)的支持,希望早日實(shí)現(xiàn)我國食育的普及和提高。
[Abstract]:At the same time, some of the past dietary concepts still affect people's tendency to choose food, which leads to the decline of people's health level and the occurrence of some chronic diseases. More and more people want to improve their physical fitness and quality of life through diet, this study through a questionnaire survey to understand the current national diet concept and diet behavior status. This paper analyzes the factors that influence the state of national feeding and breeding, and puts forward some measures to improve the level of national feeding and breeding. This paper obtains the data through the way of questionnaire, then carries on the statistical analysis to the data, studies the current national feeding and breeding situation of our country, the result shows that people have the knowledge of nutrition and safety. Knowledge of cooking methods is very little, some people can make the right choice of the intake of nutrients, but not by the knowledge of nutrition, safety knowledge. Knowledge of cooking methods is based on one's own eating habits and the influence of the family, especially the mother, to make food choices from an early age. Some people's intake of all kinds of nutrients is seriously lower than or seriously higher than the recommended intake of balanced dietary pagoda, and as the main content of their daily diet, this for the health of the body buried a hidden danger of safety. The results show that it is urgent to carry out feeding and breeding in our country. Based on the analysis of literature and empirical research, this paper improves the content of food education, not only emphasizes the education of dietary concept, but also emphasizes how to transform this concept into scientific eating behavior. Therefore, this paper proposes to cultivate children's good eating habits from the beginning of childhood, and then in primary schools, universities, to strengthen the education of feeding, improve the existing residents' diet behavior plus the support of the government and laws and regulations. It is hoped that the popularization and improvement of feeding and breeding in China will be realized as soon as possible.
