【摘要】：正1基本情況患兒,男,漢族,2016年1月9日出生,散居兒童;無(wú)食物、藥物過(guò)敏史,無(wú)家族性傳染及遺傳病史;在本次口服脊髓灰質(zhì)炎(脊灰)減毒活疫苗(OPV)前,精神尚可,發(fā)育正常,營(yíng)養(yǎng)中等,大小便正常,已按免疫程序完成了卡介苗和第1、2 劑乙型肝炎疫苗的接種,未出現(xiàn)疑似預(yù)防接種異常反應(yīng)(AEFI)。2 發(fā)病和臨床經(jīng)過(guò)2016年3月28日10時(shí)左右,患兒在某村衛(wèi)生所口服一粒OPV,約半小時(shí)后離開(kāi)衛(wèi)生所回家;4月16日,患兒母親
