【摘要】:目的建立工作場所空氣中甲醛酯的溶劑解吸-氣相色譜測定方法。方法空氣樣品采用活性炭管采集,經(jīng)二硫化碳溶液解吸后,毛細管色譜柱分離,采用火焰離子化檢測器檢測。結(jié)果甲醛酯質(zhì)量濃度在1.74~34 800.00 mg/L呈良好線性關(guān)系,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.999 9,檢出限和定量下限分別為0.20和0.80 mg/L,最低檢出濃度和最低定量濃度分別為0.14和0.54 mg/m3(以采集1.50 L空氣計);平均解吸效率為92.41%~96.84%,批內(nèi)、批間精密度分別為2.79%~6.72%和4.20%~7.37%,樣品在常溫下至少可保存8 d,在4℃冰箱中至少可保存19 d。結(jié)論本方法操作簡單,解吸效率和靈敏度高,精密度好,可長時間保存樣品,適用于工作場所空氣中甲醛酯的采集與檢測。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for the determination of formaldehyde ester in workplace air by solvent desorption and gas chromatography. Methods the air samples were collected by activated carbon tube and desorbed by carbon disulfide solution and separated by capillary column. The flame ionization detector was used to detect the content of formaldehyde ester. Results there was a good linear relationship between the mass concentration of formaldehyde ester at 1.74 mg/L and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9. The detection limit and quantification limit were 0.20 and 0.80 mg/L, respectively. The lowest detectable concentration and minimum quantitative concentration were 0.14 and 0.54 mg / m ~ (3), respectively. The average desorption efficiency was 92.41% and 96.84%, and the interassay precision was 2.79% and 4.20% 7.37%, respectively. The sample can be stored at least 8 days at room temperature and 19 days in refrigerator at 4 鈩,
