【摘要】：目的探討綜合保健服務對兒童體格智能發(fā)育的影響。方法選取2015年1月~2016年3月在我院行健康檢查的1800例足月健康新生兒,按照家長意愿分為觀察組和對照組,每組900例。兩組分別給予不同保健服務,觀察組給予綜合保健服務,對照組給予基礎保健服務,觀察并比較兩組兒童在6月齡及12月齡時身長、體重值的差異,同時參考語言、社交行為、適應能力、大運動、精細運動及發(fā)育商等智能發(fā)育指標比較兩組兒童智能發(fā)育情況。結果觀察組兒童在6月齡時身長、體重測得值均稍高于對照組,但兩組相比差異不具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),到12月齡時,兩組身長、體重及頭圍測定值相比差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);6月齡時,觀察組語言、社交行為、適應能力、大運動、精細運動及發(fā)育商均高于對照組,兩組相比差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。12月齡時,觀察組各指標測定值增加明顯,與對照組相比差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論在基層醫(yī)院推廣實施綜合保健服務有助于兒童體格及智能發(fā)育,可促進兒童多方面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of comprehensive health care on the physical and mental development of children. Methods 1 800 healthy neonates who were examined in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected. According to parents' wishes, they were divided into observation group and control group with 900 cases in each group. The two groups were given different health care services, the observation group were given comprehensive health care services, and the control group were given basic health care services. To observe and compare the difference of body length and body weight between the two groups at the age of 6 months and 12 months. At the same time, reference language, social behavior, adaptive ability, large movement. Results the children in the observation group were longer than those in the control group at the age of 6 months and the body weight was slightly higher than that in the control group. However, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P 0.05). At the age of 12 months, there were significant differences in body length, body weight and head circumference between the two groups (P 0.05). At the age of 6 months, the language, social behavior, adaptability, large motor, fine motor and development quotient in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant at 12 months old. Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the comprehensive health care service is helpful to the physical and intellectual development of children in basic level hospitals. It can promote the development of children in many ways.
