新型無機(jī)膠凝炭可再生凈水器濾芯材料的研制

【摘要】:本文以粉末活性炭為主要原料,采用無機(jī)膠凝材料作無機(jī)膠凝劑,研制一種新型的無機(jī)膠凝炭可再生凈水器濾芯材料。通過探討無機(jī)膠凝劑的選擇、造粒技術(shù)及添加劑等因素對(duì)材料性能的影響,得出了制備濾芯材料的最佳配方和工藝條件,并通過探討?zhàn)B護(hù)時(shí)間和溫度確定了材料的蒸壓養(yǎng)護(hù)制度。用XRD、BET、SEM、EDS等現(xiàn)代測(cè)試分析手段對(duì)材料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征;測(cè)試了材料對(duì)水質(zhì)甲醛的吸附特性以及Cd2+的去除效果;并對(duì)材料的循環(huán)吸附能力進(jìn)行探索;同時(shí)采用外裹工藝對(duì)無機(jī)膠凝炭凈水器濾芯材料的制備工藝進(jìn)行初步改進(jìn)。與市面凈水器濾芯材料相比,該方法具有成本低廉、工藝簡單、吸附性能好、可循環(huán)再生等優(yōu)勢(shì)。通過大量實(shí)驗(yàn)得出,較佳無機(jī)膠凝劑為熟料;利用熟料制備試樣的較佳方案是:活性炭、熟料和硅微粉質(zhì)量比例分別為:70wt%、25wt%和5wt%,最佳粒度為16-20目;最佳養(yǎng)護(hù)制度:養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度195℃,養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間6hrs最佳試樣性能:碘吸附值為551.72mg/g,抗壓強(qiáng)度為7.25MPa,炭含量為58.48%,氣孔率為57.34%,吸水率為69.42%,透水率為1011mL/min,比表面積452.86m2/g,平均孔徑2.62nm,總孔容0.30m3/g。從BET的孔徑分布曲線可以看出試樣是以微孔為主的吸附材料,其微孔孔徑分布分別在0.60-1.12nm之間。XRD、SEM、EDS觀測(cè)結(jié)果表明,試樣中活性炭的孔結(jié)構(gòu)不受無機(jī)膠凝劑的影響,膠凝劑添加量越多試樣的抗壓強(qiáng)度越大,試樣的吸附性能與配方中的活性炭含量成正比。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,試樣對(duì)甲醛溶液的吸附性能良好,甲醛的飽和吸附量為0.0148mg/g,且對(duì)甲醛具有一定的循環(huán)再生能力;試樣對(duì)Cd2+去除效果十分優(yōu)異,循環(huán)吸附20次除鎘率平均達(dá)83.8%。外裹工藝可進(jìn)一步提升濾芯質(zhì)量,最佳外裹膠凝劑量(熟料、硅微粉混合物)為10wt%,與上述最優(yōu)試樣性能相比:試樣的抗壓強(qiáng)度可提升至8.25MPa,并可減少炭流失。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new type of filter material for inorganic cementitious carbon renewable water purifier was developed by using inorganic cementitious material as the main raw material and inorganic cementitious material as inorganic gelling agent. The selection of inorganic gelling agent was discussed. The effects of granulation technology and additives on the properties of the material were studied. The optimum formula and technological conditions for preparing filter material were obtained. The curing system of autoclaved material was determined by discussing the curing time and temperature. XRD was used. The microstructure of the material was characterized by modern test and analysis methods such as BET-SEMMA-EDS. The adsorption characteristics of formaldehyde in water and the removal efficiency of Cd2 were tested. The cyclic adsorption capacity of the material was explored. At the same time, the preparation process of filter material for inorganic cementing carbon purifier was improved by using outer wrapping process. Compared with the filter material of market water purifier, this method has the advantages of low cost, simple process and good adsorption performance. The advantages of recycling and regeneration. Through a large number of experiments, it is concluded that the better inorganic gelling agent is clinker; The best way to prepare the sample with clinker is as follows: the mass ratio of activated carbon, clinker and silica fine powder is 1: 70 wt10 / 25wt% and 5wt% respectively, and the optimum particle size is 16-20 mesh; The best curing system: curing temperature 195 鈩,
