基于心電信號(hào)的音樂(lè)節(jié)拍對(duì)作業(yè)疲勞作用分析

【摘要】:利用MP150多道生理儀記錄心電信號(hào)的變化,從聽(tīng)覺(jué)的角度,通過(guò)HR(Heart Rate,HR)和頻域指標(biāo)的變化,分析兩種節(jié)拍的音樂(lè)(慢節(jié)拍音樂(lè)60~100拍/min和快節(jié)拍音樂(lè)120~160拍/min)對(duì)作業(yè)疲勞的影響,并以靜息組為對(duì)照組進(jìn)行了3組試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:1)方差分析表明,音樂(lè)對(duì)心率變化無(wú)較大的影響,而對(duì)LF(LowFrequency)、HF(High-Frequency)影響較大;2)心電數(shù)據(jù)分析表明,短時(shí)間聆聽(tīng)慢節(jié)拍的音樂(lè)有助于心率的恢復(fù);3)心率變異性分析表明,音樂(lè)使LF降低,HF升高,副交感神經(jīng)興奮性增強(qiáng),能緩解作業(yè)疲勞。
[Abstract]:The changes of electrocardiogram (ECG) were recorded by MP150 multichannel physiological instrument. From the angle of hearing, the changes of HR(Heart RateHRand frequency-domain indexes were studied. The effects of two rhythms (60 / 100 / min of slow beat and 120 / min / min of fast) on work fatigue were analyzed. The rest group was used as the control group. The results showed that the music had no significant effect on the heart rate, but not on the LFV LowFrequency.The analysis of variance showed that music had no significant effect on the heart rate change. HFHV High-Frequency has a great influence; 2) ECG data analysis showed that listening to slow beat music in a short time was helpful to heart rate recovery. 3) Heart rate variability (HRV) analysis showed that LF decreased HF and parasympathetic excitability, which alleviated working fatigue.
