【摘要】：目的分析江蘇太倉地區(qū)2009—2015年3歲以下兒童生長發(fā)育狀況和貧血的變化趨勢。方法利用江蘇省太倉市婦幼保健電子病歷系統(tǒng)中2009—2015年間的3歲以下兒童體檢數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)2006年WHO兒童生長發(fā)育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和2001年WHO貧血診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),評價兒童的營養(yǎng)不良率和貧血患病率,并分析其在7年間的變化趨勢。計(jì)數(shù)資料的差異比較采用Mantel-Haenszel卡方檢驗(yàn),貧血患病率在不同年份間的變化趨勢采用Cochran-Armitage檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果2009—2015年太倉地區(qū)兒童的年齡別體重Z評分(WAZ)均值為0.51,年齡別身高(或身長)Z評分(HAZ)均值為0.23,身高(或身長)別體重Z評分(WHZ)均值為0.56,平均低體重率為0.65%,平均生長遲緩率為1.54%,平均消瘦率為0.56%,平均超重率為6.37%,平均肥胖率為1.03%,在2009—2015年間低體重、生長遲緩、消瘦、肥胖無明顯變化,超重率從2009年的5.84%增長到2012年的6.99%,2015年下降到6.12%(MHχ~2=5.41,P0.05)。男孩的營養(yǎng)不良率均高于女孩,外來兒童的生長遲緩、超重、肥胖率高于本地兒童。3歲以下兒童的貧血患病率從2009年的24.02%下降到了2015年的9.25%(Cochran-Armitage Z=29.41,P0.05)。男孩的貧血率高于女孩,本地兒童的貧血率高于外來兒童。結(jié)論2009—2015年太倉地區(qū)3歲以下兒童體格發(fā)育水平較好,超重率在2009—2012年間呈上升趨勢,在2012—2015年間呈下降趨勢;貧血率呈下降趨勢�？刂苾和睾拓氀窃摰貐^(qū)今后兒童營養(yǎng)改善的兩個主要方向。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the growth and development status of children under 3 years old and the trend of anemia in Taicang area of Jiangsu Province from 2009 to 2015. Methods using the electronic medical record system of maternal and child health care in Taicang City of Jiangsu Province 2009-201. Medical examination data for children under 3 years of age over a period of five years. According to the criteria of WHO growth and development in 2006 and WHO anemia diagnosis in 2001, the malnutrition rate and the prevalence of anemia in children were evaluated. The variation trend in 7 years was analyzed. The difference of counting data was compared by Mantel-Haenszel chi-square test. Cochran-Armitage test was used to test the trend of anemia prevalence in different years. Results the age and weight of children in Taicang area from 2009 to 2015 were assessed with Z score (WAZ). The mean value is 0.51. The average height (or body length) score was 0.23, the average height (or body length) Z score was 0.56, and the average low weight rate was 0.65%. The average growth retardation rate was 1.54, the average weight loss rate was 0.56, the average overweight rate was 6.37 and the average obesity rate was 1.03. There was no significant change in growth retardation, weight loss and obesity. The overweight rate increased from 5.84% in 2009 to 6.99% in 2012. In 2015, the rate of malnutrition in boys was higher than that in girls, and the growth retardation and overweight of foreign children. The prevalence rate of obesity was higher than that of local children under the age of 3 years from 24.02% in 2009 to 9.25 on 2015 (. Cochran-Armitage ZN 29.41. The anemia rate of boys is higher than that of girls, and the anemia rate of local children is higher than that of foreign children. Conclusion the physical development level of children under 3 years old in Taicang area from 2009 to 2015 is better. The overweight rate increased in 2009-2012 and decreased in 2012-2015. The control of overweight and anemia in children are the two main directions of nutritional improvement in the future.
