【摘要】：全球5歲以下兒童年死亡人數(shù)從1990年的1 270萬降至2013年的630萬。死亡人數(shù)下降很大程度上歸功兒童健康專家知識、技能及能力的提升。而兒童健康專家知識、技能和能力的提升是由于其接受了更多的兒童健康教育。因此,兒童健康教育應(yīng)作為相關(guān)策略的一部分,以消除余下的630萬死亡人數(shù),并達(dá)到聯(lián)合國千年發(fā)展目標(biāo)。本文介紹了1992年創(chuàng)立的一個聚焦兒童健康的項目,即兒童健康證書/兒科研究生國際證書(DCH/IPPC)項目,此項目在20個國家及地區(qū)開展,包括澳大利亞、孟加拉國、博茨瓦納、柬埔寨、中國內(nèi)地、埃塞俄比亞、中國香港、印度、肯尼亞、馬拉維、蒙古、緬甸、塞拉利昂、塞舌爾、所羅門群島、坦桑尼亞、湯加、瓦努阿圖、越南、津巴布韋。該項目提供了目前最好的兒科循證實踐綜合概述,涉及所有分科領(lǐng)域,從傳染病學(xué)、急診醫(yī)學(xué)到內(nèi)分泌學(xué)、呼吸疾病學(xué)、神經(jīng)學(xué)、營養(yǎng)學(xué)及膳食學(xué)。國際醫(yī)學(xué)專家根據(jù)全球兒童健康需求去發(fā)展并提供項目內(nèi)容,并以學(xué)習(xí)成果、網(wǎng)絡(luò)廣播、講義、個性化學(xué)習(xí)、教程、病例研究及臨床實踐相結(jié)合的方式提供給學(xué)員。每年共有117個更新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)廣播可供學(xué)習(xí)。本文簡要分析了醫(yī)學(xué)教育項目的價值和焦點,描述了DCH/IPPC項目的內(nèi)容、教學(xué)與學(xué)習(xí)方法、項目結(jié)構(gòu)、基本模式、DCH/IPPC項目最新的評估方式,并就怎樣應(yīng)對跨國兒童健康項目實施中的挑戰(zhàn)提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The number of annual deaths of children under the age of five globally dropped from 12.7 million in 1990 to 6.3 million in 2013. The decline is largely due to the knowledge of child health experts. The improvement of knowledge, skills and abilities of child health experts is due to their receiving more child health education. Therefore, child health education should be part of relevant strategies. In order to eliminate the remaining 6.3 million deaths and achieve the United Nations Millennium Development goals, this article describes a project focused on child health that was launched in 1992. The Child Health Certificate / International Certificate in Pediatrics Program (DCH / IPPC), which is carried out in 20 countries, including Australia, Bangladesh, Botswana and Cambodia. Mainland China, Ethiopia, Hong Kong, China, India, Kenya, Malawi, Mongolia, Myanmar, Sierra Leone, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Tanzania, Tonga, Vanuatu, Viet Nam. Zimbabwe. The project provides the best current comprehensive overview of paediatric evidence-based practices, covering all areas of the spectrum, from infectious diseases to emergency medicine to endocrinology, respiratory diseases and neurology. Nutrition and Dietary Science. International medical experts develop and provide program content in response to global child health needs, with learning results, webcasts, handouts, personalized learning, tutorials. A combination of case study and clinical practice is provided to students. There are 117 updated webcasts available for study each year. This paper briefly analyzes the value and focus of medical education programs. This paper describes the content, teaching and learning methods, project structure and basic model of DCH/IPPC project. Suggestions are made on how to deal with the challenges in the implementation of transnational child health programs.
